« A great family resort (the best on the coral coast) and one of the few in Fiji that genuinely caters for toddlers right through to teenagers. Big points for the free nanny service during breakfast, and for not counting teens as adults until 17 - unlike most resorts who make the switch at 12. Would I come here if I didn’t have kids? No. But if you’re looking for somewhere to stay on the coral coast with kids - this is the place. »

« Paid for 2 x family vila and got 2 x standard rooms. With broken showers. Stain on bedsheets. 1 x smelly towel. Aircon remote in 1 x room didn’t work and the other room had water leaking from aircon pipe. Worst experience for me and my guests in my birthday. Need a refund for my downgrade that never happened. Music going on till 10:30pm. I was then shifted to a room at 11:30pm as they couldn’t find a remote control to turn the ac off. Please avoid this vila at all cost. »

"The InterContinental Fiji is a beautiful hotel with a stunning beach and great facilities. Unfortunately, our experience this time wasn’t as good as during our first stay. Our room was very close to the lounge area and quite noisy in the evenings. We also found very limited vegan options. The most disappointing part was the service at the poolside restaurant. Our order was mixed up and the staff didn’t seem very concerned about fixing it, which was surprising since people in Fiji are usually incredibly kind and caring. A beautiful place, but sadly not the experience we had hoped for this time."
