« Paid for 2 x family vila and got 2 x standard rooms. With broken showers. Stain on bedsheets. 1 x smelly towel. Aircon remote in 1 x room didn’t work and the other room had water leaking from aircon pipe. Worst experience for me and my guests in my birthday. Need a refund for my downgrade that never happened. Music going on till 10:30pm. I was then shifted to a room at 11:30pm as they couldn’t find a remote control to turn the ac off. Please avoid this vila at all cost. »

« Un hôtel tout simple. Un peu isolé. Les alentours ne sont pas terminés en septembre 2024 et il manque quelques équipements et décorations dans la villa. »

« Well there was noise coming out from it at night , unsafe environment and then also the furniture was torn and look so old and ugly . Not even breakfast provided not the bedsheets. Towels had stains and so does bedspread . Unsafe since the security level is so poor. »

« The InterContinental Fiji is a beautiful hotel with a stunning beach and great facilities. Unfortunately, our experience this time wasn’t as good as during our first stay. Our room was very close to the lounge area and quite noisy in the evenings. We also found very limited vegan options. The most disappointing part was the service at the poolside restaurant. Our order was mixed up and the staff didn’t seem very concerned about fixing it, which was surprising since people in Fiji are usually...

« The property is absolutely beautiful ! We loved the view from the room , it is also incredible. Ma at the dive shop was an angel ! She took the time to greet us and asked the dive instructors to take care of my mom who has knee issues. The instructors on our scuba dive Masi and Su did an incredible job taking us to the best dive spots. The butler service with evening drinks was a lively addition, the staff was so kind. We loved the bula man who lights the torches every night! So special....
