« I liked the ocean view and the amount of space. I disliked: - the lack of hot water for half my stay. - the amount of interruptions during the day for random maintenance tasks. They did not respect my requests to come back a little bit later. - the folder in the room about hotel services said there were life jackets available to borrow. There were not. »

The beach is nearby, but not a beach you can actually enjoy. This property is on the outskirts of the coral coast, and is in a silty bay. There are no amenities, in or around the beach. You will need to travel a few miles down the road. »

« We loved our time at Outrigger wish we could have stayed longer, but we had a quick trip for a wedding on site. Be mindful it is a 1.5 hr drive from Nadi airport so if arriving late may be worth looking into. The staff were all so friendly. I was not aware of the food packages until a few days prior, so we didn’t get them added on. Worth sussing this out if you are planning on not leaving the resort. « We (parents and two kids) stayed there for four nights in August 2026. We got there from Nadi by taxi. We received a three bedroom apartment with a master bedroom, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen equipped with absolutely everything one needs. Everything in the apartment is brand new and of excellent quality. They also have a nice , not too big pool, but for the kids it was a super attraction. « We loved our stay at Kaila Na Ua resort. Our hosts Warren and Roz were more than helpful and a wealth of knowledge on the area. It might not be as flash as the resort up the road but the views, peace and quiet and the constant rolling waves on the reef made it so much better. Recommended 👍 »
