We have a very strict smoking policy, please refrain from smoking inside our property.

If you come after 6pm you will have to pay next day since 9am at front desk as well. Security Camaras will provide assurance and safety of your car.

★ Extra towels & linen has a cost depending in amount requested, before requesting ask for pricing, is paid in cash at front desk you will need to swap as well the one we provided at the begining of the reservation. Please remember towels and linen are only for the use in the property and if they get stain they will be a charge of the items of replacement for overhead, shipping and delivery for $80 dollars per item and the water presure in all our apartments are normal not high presured.
