If you're driving, there are several parking options available. Many restaurants and shops in Condado offer on-street parking, and several public parking garages are nearby. Just so you know, parking fees may apply, so be sure to check with the individual establishments for more information.

Alternatively, if you prefer not to drive, several public transportation options are available in the area. The San Juan Metrobus and Tren Urbano systems both have stops in Condado, providing easy access to other parts of the city. Additionally, taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available in the area, making it easy to get around without a car.

Noise requests: There are quiet hours in the area due to this home being in a residential area. No noise or music is allowed after 10 pm. Parties and events are prohibited without prior permission from the host.

House conduct: We ask that guests are respectful of this home and other guests on the property. Guests must leave the property in the same condition as upon arrival. Any damages to the property or its contents must be reported to the host immediately. No food or drinks are allowed in the bedrooms. No items may be removed from the property without the host’s permission. Guests may not rearrange or move furniture or fixtures on the property. Any complaints or issues with the property and/or guests must be reported to the host immediately.

When leaving the premises: Please ensure that the home’s windows and doors are locked, and the air conditioners are turned off. Please turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances when leaving the property.

Check-out procedure: Upon checking out, we ask that the home is returned to its original state, this includes taking out the trash and washing the dishes.

Personal items: Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings and valuables. Any lost or found items must be reported to the host.

Lawful conduct: When staying here, the local laws and regulations must be followed at all times. Guests are prohibited from bringing illegal drugs, firearms, and weapons onto the premises, along with conducting illegal activities and behaving unlawfully on the property. The information said that the property had three available parking, but there was not parking at all. The property’ manager wanted to charge $50 per night to use the parking in front the property. The same one that they said was included. The bathroom was dirty and did not have soap, paper or garbage. It has two room with availability for 4 people. There was a sofa bed in the living room super uncomfortable, and there was not blanket or sheet for the sofa. We had to sleep three people in the same bed ( queen bed). The outside was all dirty, full of grass and dirty water. I never saw the hot tube. The only good thing about the place was the location. The pictures on the website is not what it look like in reality.
