« The area was alot different next door to a abandoned building people hanging out. The inside was nice beside the stains of the couch. When asked for a refund nope nothing. They were just concerned about the money paid for the location and notbthe safety of the individual. Expedia needs to screen areas a little bit better. Check in and checked right back out. I would not want to come in late here by myself being a female. They did have a laundry area downstairs on the first floor. It says...

« House was clean and very nice. The only concern was the neighbors dog waking us up several times at night and the white box in the bedroom by the A/C makes a very loud noise for aprox 30 seconds every so often. »

« The location is great. Very close to a lot of stores and restaurants very walkable. About a five minute walk to Ocean Park Beach. The unit was clean and had everything you need. It has a washer and dryer, ironing, board, and iron, a hair blow dryer in each bathroom they thought of every little detail. I will recommend this property to anyone vacation in in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The management’s communication was impeccable. The check-in and check out process was very easy. »

« Property was exactly as stated in the listing. Everything I needed was available, and had no issues with the apartment. It is a historic building so there is dampness/moisture scents however, with the air conditioner it was fine. The location is amazing and the room was very quiet at night. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this location and would recommend it highly. »

« This property was really well put together exotic in every way. The outdoor shower the cleanliness of the place was really good. We were comfortable and supported by staff. Property is super close to the beach 10 minute walk and their sister property is literally around the corner from the beach. Thank you for a great stay! »
