Thoughtfully designed with a clean, modern aesthetic, this cozy unit includes a comfortable queen bed, A/C, kitchenette, and private bathroom.

Walking distance to restaurants and only a short drive to Old San Juan and the beach, it’s perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for a relaxing stay in a Safe neighborhood!

This is a bright, thoughtfully designed street-level studio with high ceilings and plenty of natural light throughout the day. The interior design is clean and minimal with soft, neutral tones, creating a calm and relaxing environment.

The space features a comfortable queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens and additional pillows to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

A compact but fully functional kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, microwave, two-burner cooktop, basic pots and pans, cooking utensils, plates, mugs, wine glasses, and a pour-over coffee setup so guests can prepare simple meals and enjoy their morning coffee in the unit.

The private bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Please note: the bathroom has an open ceiling, which is common in San Juan buildings and allows for additional air circulation.

A Smart TV with streaming apps is available (guests use their own login credentials), making it easy to relax and watch a movie after a long day out.

The unit includes a dedicated AC unit to keep the space cool and comfortable during warmer days.

While there is no built-in closet, open shelving and wall hooks are provided for hanging clothes and storing personal items.

A small sitting area with a side table and table lamp offers a convenient place to read, relax, or work on a laptop.

The studio is within walking distance to cafés, a grocery store, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the area without needing a car.

Guests have full private access to the entire studio apartment during their stay.

Access is via a lockbox/smart lock — code and instructions will be sent before arrival.

That said, we’re available 24/7 by phone or message if anything comes up or you need assistance during your stay.

- Free street parking is available, but it is public and first-come/first-served. We have no control over it. Guests are fully responsible for making sure they park in legal areas and follow posted signs or pay meters where required. Any parking tickets or towing fees are the guest’s responsibility.

- Electric and water usage is included for your stays; however please use A/C responsibly and turn it off when not in the apartment.

- The bathroom ceiling is open – this is common in San Juan buildings

- No pets are allowed.

- No smoking inside the property.

- No parties or events — this is a quiet residential building.

- This is a safe and well-known residential neighborhood in San Juan.

- Please be mindful of the water heater — it works well, but like most systems on the island it may take a couple minutes to fully heat up.

- Puerto Rico is an island and occasional power or water interruptions may occur (usually short and restored quickly). This is normal for the region and out of our control.

- This unit is part of a small boutique building (Luz Collection) that includes multiple individual units. There is no private washer/dryer inside the studio.
