Studio confortable, Ă©lĂ©gant et moderne au dernier Ă©tage (26e Ă©tage) de l'une des plus hautes tours rĂ©sidentielles de la ville de San Juan. Appartement d'angle avec une vue imprenable Ă  180 degrĂ©s sur la ville, y compris l'ocĂ©an, le lagon de Condado et la baie de San Juan. Être au sommet de San Juan signifie qu'une belle traversĂ©e d'alizĂ©s traversera le studio si vous avez les fenĂȘtres ouvertes. Beaucoup de lumiĂšre naturelle avec trĂšs peu de besoin d'Ă©clairage pendant la journĂ©e. La vue imprenable vous permettra de voir la ville au travail pendant que le soleil se traverse tout au long de la journĂ©e. La propriĂ©tĂ© est bien situĂ©e. La plupart des points d'intĂ©rĂȘt sont Ă  moins de 5-10 min. conduire. 10 minutes. marcher jusqu'Ă  la plage la plus proche Ă  Laguna de Condado.

Notre studio est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ© avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour vous sentir Ă  l'aise. Salle de bain entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©e et cuisiniĂšre Ă©lectrique Ă  surface ouverte avec comptoir en quartz et Ăźlot pour manger. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e de casseroles, poĂȘles, assiettes, couverts et provisions de base. De plus, il contient un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur en acier inoxydable et un micro-ondes.

Diverses serviettes de bain et deux serviettes de plage fournies pour une utilisation pendant votre séjour. Des articles de toilette seront fournis.

La propriété dispose d'un parking gratuit dans la rue que vous pouvez utiliser. Pour plus de sécurité, nous avons un garage de stationnement fermé et sécurisé qui appartient au bùtiment adjacent. Parce que nous devons payer un supplément pour ce garage, nous facturons un petit supplément par nuit (5 $) plus un dépÎt de clé de garage remboursable.

Perfect location for the Convention Center

The unit is clean and simple. The view is absolutely amazing. Enjoyed seeing the skyline from bed and even got a treat of fireworks one night! The walk to the convention center is literally just crossing a street ( from the back parking lot), which was perfect for my event. I would definitely stay here again. Its mentioned that the elevators are old but they worked great for me. The only thing that startled me was that I could hear the elevator doors open and close when inside the unit. Once I knew what the sound was, it barely bothered me again.

GF and I had a great week. Place was nice. Lots of traffic noise but that was expected. Construction next door was noisy but host can’t really be held responsible for that.

Santurce Stay

Property was conveniently located and accessible and quick uber ride to nearby places to see including Old San Juan, El Morro and restaurants. Room was small but clean and had the necessary amenities. The building is older so do not expect any air conditioning in the elevator or hallways. Although the room is nice, the air conditioning could be a bit quieter. The views from the room were stunning, contacting property manager was great and Nelson always responded timely and Balthazar the maintenance manager came quickly when needed to check up on things. Would recommend for convenient location.

We stayed for 8 days in this great place, the view its definitely the best thing, the building is located in a really good place, we usually walked to get places and there is a museum close by, District T-mobile and, laguna el condado just couple blocks down, to get to old san juan it's 10 minutes by car. We enjoyed our stay there, Puerto rico its amazing!

Clean, well maintained apartment in a prime location. It has all basic amenities and a great view of the ocean. Highly recommend this place, if you are looking to stay near Condado beach area. I would definitely stay here, if I visit San Juan again.

Very Cute Studio & Convenient Location!

We stayed here for a week and would absolutely stay again. The studio is very cute & the view of the city and ocean is unmatched! We had a beautiful view of the sunrise every morning. Our hosts were both very responsive and helpful. It is a short drive, uber, or electric scooter ride from Old San Juan. Definitely consider this spot for your next trip to San Juan!

The Best

AMAZING listing and location

Me and my boyfriend truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful listing . It’s nearby many restaurants and many supermarkets as well as a short drive to Viejo San Juan and a lot of gorgeous beaches. The communication with the host was great and they were very helpful. The view is awesome definitely will stay here again

On Top of The World

The host was kind enough to wait for my late night airplane arrival. He showed me all that I needed to know. There is a very efficient use of space and all the amenities one needs. It's a bit of a walk to Condado and nearby restaurants. The very fair price point made that small inconvenience easy to negotiate. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Loved it!

Awesome views!

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Isla Grande in San Juan. Beautiful views. Clean, tidy studio. Host was helpful. The process for retrieving key & parking was a little confusing, but we made it fine. We just needed accommodations for sleeping after travel & a day in Old San Juan. Location between airport & Old San Juan was convenient. Would stay again.

Cockroaches and dust

I rented this studio for 13 days. Location is good. High floor but we found cockroaches inside the studio. The lamp shades and headboard of bed had alot of dust. When I showed it to the person maintaining the studio , Mr Balthazar, he stated it was not that much dust and that he only has 3 hours to clean between renters checking in. The windows were dirty inside and out and Mr Balthazar stated that the rain will again dirty the windows. There were 2 rugs and both were dirty and dusty. I asked for a blender. They told me there was 1 but I never found it. I was only given 2 rolls of toilet tissue, and Mr Balthazar s. I had to request more. There were only 2 beach towels, 2 pillows and the only bed sheets were on the bed. I requested another set of sheets, 2 more beach towels and 2 more pillows.

The studio apartment is located on the 26th floor with magnificent views of the city skyline and the ocean. Decor is simple yet well appointed with all the equipment and furnishing needed for a comfy visit. Proximity to the convention district, Old San Juan and many other key attractions make this a perfect place to stay for your trip to Puerto Rico.
