This is my second time staying at this property. They have the best amenities. Breakfast from 6:30-9:30am. 5:30-7:00pm 2 free drinks for adults and snacks for kids. From 9:30-4:30 reserved spot on beach with towels, umbrellas, and chairs. House keeping came daily.

My sheets were stained. The sent new ones up immediately after I requested. For $1500 I feel they should have already been white as possible! Staff friendly . Hotel is pretty ! Rooms are not fancy.

Our room was not clean to normal standards. For the amount charged, it being the Embassy Suites and based on the main entry, which was gorgeous; I expected our room to be much cleaner than it was. It was very disappointing, but we had no other options at that point.

My family’s stay at Embassy Hilton was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was very nice and clean with a bar and fun music. It’s in a great location, very close to the beautiful beach, lots of dining options, and less than 10 minutes to the Luis Marín Airport. We rented a car to travel the island so the garage was a major selling point for us as well as the free breakfast buffet daily. Overall a great stay! Thanks Embassy!

It was close to the airport and walking distance to the beach. The breakfast was actually decent. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable to my liking.

The staff was friendly. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The pool area is very nice. I just wish they had a DJ on the wkends not just on Sunday. I think that’s all I wished it had more music around the pool area. But it was very nice.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay 4/24. We love that there is breakfast included and managers cocktail in the evening. It breaks up the day and you have something to look forward to. The beach is just down the street and there are chairs and umbrella's available for free for hotel guests. Everyone we had interaction with was very pleasant and went out of their way to assist us with anything we needed. See you next year!

Pros: staff was very nice and helpful, close to various restaurants, pool was nice, rooms were clean, El Patio restaurant was delicious but pricey Cons: The property is dated, restaurants were very expensive, breakfast is very poor quality as was the happy hour... you get some variety of chips to snack on. Hotel is overall overpriced.

Nice people, fun staff, clean as it could be. The hotel is older, can use a renovation to remove old carpets, sofas, and get UBS type chargers in rooms. Overall it was a good place to stay and I would definately stay here again.
