« I would give the luxury waterfront condo in A rating. How everyone in the family had such a great time, there were things for everyone to do from the 5yr old to the 16-year-old. There was fishing out the back door, games, gaming system and puzzles and books for all ages. The place was clean, and spacious. There were plenty of beds for everyone, with an air mattress in the closet. We didn't even use those. So many things are close! Love the Sun rise and sunset could be seen just walking distance...

« Very responsive owner. Property is in a great location but needs maintenance. Missing window sills, baseboards missing or come off, loose flooring planks. Fishing pier was nice and had lights for night fishing. »

« WiFi was not plugged in. After communicating with staff they gave the code to the owners closet and inside was the router. Plugged it in and still no WiFi. Was able to join using an alternate WiFi. Air conditioning was very hot upstairs in the bedrooms. May not be best if you are looking to escape the heat and cool down. Other than those things, the place was nice and functional. »

« Location, pool, beach and complex was great. Part of the apartment was ok and part was very dated, specifically master bedroom and bathroom. Lots of stuff in every closet, no space for clothes. Mattress and towels were extra dad, seriously, I would bring my own towels. Smells bad. Not very clean. Kitchen was clean and good equipped, except coffee machines. »
