The breakfast was great, the weight room was very well equipped, and the parking was convenient, great staff. What I didn’t like was the doors for the restroom, I prefer closing rather to sliding doors, they were nice.

We chose this property due to its closeness to a wedding venue we attended. It was comfortable and clean. The air conditioning was loud and the temperature was difficult to regulate. We vacillated between hot and cold throughout the night. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Although we didn’t take advantage of the shopping it’s adjacent to lots of stores and restaurants. Free parking.

Properly was fine, nice free breakfast. But beds were too hard, pillows way too soft, air conditioning too loud, refrigerator to high-pitch noisy (had to unplug) room got too warm because A/C was too loud to keep on.

The AC was super super loud we couldn’t sleep. We change the room and they give us worse than the first one plus the fire alarm system was on and off all night inside the room asking for the full refund.

After checking in, I went to take a shower. There was no hot water avaliable. I tried calling to the front desk and the phone isnt working. I go downstairs and talk to the front desks and tell them about it and they said they're aware. It had been an issue since the morning. It would have been nice to know before checking in so that I could have looked for another hotel. But this wasnt me tioned at all when I checked in. The next day they said the issue was fixed and again, no hot water in the hotel. The tissue box was empty 5 tissues and that was all and the conditioner was out after 2 pumps. Worse services. Never comi.g back again.

They did not have hot water. We called the front desk and they told us to let the water run for a few minutes. We let the water run for over 10 minutes and it was still cold. I had to take a cold shower before I could attend a family gathering. I am very disappointed with this hotel, and will never stay there again.

Okay hotel. The lobby smelt strange. Did not give me the room I booked, shampoo was out, AC is noisy. I had to unplug the AC to sleep.

It was pretty expensive for what it was. I liked that it had a free breakfast, but it was not the best food. I did like there was milk and water available all day.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times now as it is conveniently located and nice staff, a great gym, and nice rooms. However, this time, I couldnt get anyone to clean my room despite 2 requests and speaking to the manager. I was there for 5 days so I needed it cleaned at least once. They came and dropped towels and made the bed with the same sheets, but no cleaning.
