Avis très mitigé sur cet hôtel. Après un accueil relativement froid je demande une chambre en double lit on me dit que ce n'est possible mais comme j'avais réserve une chambre avec un grand lit je ne dit rien. J'ai passé la permiere nuits dans la 207 ce fut un enfer, bord de la route très passante longée par une voie ferrée train et Harley jusqu'à 2h du matin. Je râle le lendemain on me propose une chambre dans un autre bâtiment en retrait de la route avec une chambre avec double lit. Nous avons mieux dormit mes les bouchons d'oreille sont quand-même nécessaire. Ils m'ont fait cadeau des quelques dollars supplemantaires pour le double lit.

They gave us 2 towels for 3 people. I asked the front desk for another bath towel and he said they didn’t have anymore. The room was dirty and had spiders. Worst of all there was no hot water for a shower in the morning !!!! Never again.

The room was a great value. Clean, nice with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, tv, full link mirror, and a comfortable chair with ottoman. The lights on either side of the bed had separate night lights attached, an outlet, and usb port. There were plenty of outlets for charging devices. Very enjoyable stay, close to our event at the San Jose Scottish Rite Center.

Unfortunately there were issues with the clogging of toilets, dirty towels and sheets and much more. Overall it sufficed for the couple days I was staying there but definitely not the cleanest experience

If you’re looking for something convenient and for the price was a good place to stay. They had complimentary breakfast. They didn’t have notice that the pool was seasonal when I booked but the weather wasn’t great for the pool anyways. We stayed there for a week and had room service twice and twice had to go downstairs at night to get towels and shampoo cause room wasn’t done. We like to sleep in abit but asked housekeeping to come later but I guess they thought we said no I guess as there was a language barrier there too. But for the price your getting this was a comfortable place to stay. The carpet felt like it needs a really good carpet clean as it was sticky in some areas

the reviews kind of held me back at first but it’s really not a bad place. staff is nice, location is pretty central to a lot of shopping/food and less than a 15 minute drive to the airport. maybe this place use to allow smoking in the rooms and never changed out the carpet but it’s really not bad when you leave the AC on. wallpaper and bathroom in general are super dated but again, it’s all visual things that i had a problem with. bed was comfy, pillows were good, shower had hot water. nothing i can complain about.

Appraisal of hotel
The room was clean and comfortable. We were disappointed with the "breakfast" that was included in the cost of the room. A granola bar, yogurt, and a Capri Sun is not our idea of breakfast. Also, the agent who checked us in was not very friendly. Customer service is important for any business.

It was very loud. people smoking weed out in the car port until 1 am. breakfast was a juice, yogurt and a granola bar. not worth the $115.

Power was out my entire stay… 12 hours, no hot water, no ice, no door key, no notice of power outage, no extra blanket or offer of additional assistance, just a bed and bathroom in the dark…they could have done way better!!!
