Came to San Diego for the holiday and to visit old friends. The location of the property in relation to all the beaches and the city made it a perfect hub / staging ground for all of our different adventures over the weekend, we had fun playing pool and kicking back relaxing, the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the San Diego July heat.

Exactly what we needed

We had a family of 14 including elderly parents. The property was a 5 min drive from the university which was the reason for our trip. The house became the hub for our other families, who rented other properties, to come together, share a meal, plan and debrief the activities of our trip. Our teenage and yound adults took full advantage of all the games - some were in the garage palying pool & ping pong and others were in the large backyard playing pickleball and basketball. Everyone had a place to be. Adults were in the living area, dining, and kitchen eating and chatting. Our entire family loved the home. This was also in the kind of neighborhood that is much more welcoming. Neighbors said hello. And because we are a large family, i feared complaints of noise even though we kept to the noise time and werent overly or obnoxiously noisy. We didnt feel fearful of neighbors being irritated or anything. Another rwally important thing for me was the driveway went right up to the front door so our elderly mother, who uses a walker, only took a few steps into the house. There were no steps or stairs anywhere so it worked out perfectly. Staying here really made our visit to San Diego for a very special occassion JUST PERFECT!!
