Supplied with beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards & sand toys for the kids. Perfect family beach vacation pad - high chair, pack & play, and stroller can be supplied upon request. Features a driveway for off-street parking and washer/dryer. Just a mile from La Jolla, 3 miles from Sea World & 9 miles from the airport.

Janet & Scott are your hosts. We are a husband and wife team and we live nearby. We own and operate Mission Beach Villas, a highly rated vacation rental management business in San Diego.

We are available 7 am to 10 pm to answer questions during your stay.

Our storefront rental office, Mission Beach Villas, is a mile away as well, so if you need anything feel free to stop by! If you have an early flight, you may stow your luggage at our office so you can go to lunch or hang out on the beach until check-in time. And if you have an afternoon flight on checkout day you may also stow luggage. Just coordinate these details with us and we are happy to accommodate. Please note, we charge a small nominal fee for luggage storage.

Before your stay, we are happy to suggest our favorite restaurants, and tourist attractions and will help you get acquainted with the area.

This modern beach cottage is positioned in a quiet neighborhood in Pacific Beach, a popular beach community. Pacific Beach is THE place to be at in San Diego. There is a lively beach scene as well as plenty of fun bars and restaurants along Garnet Avenue and on Mission Blvd. But this wonderful house is a total gem because it is far away from the crowds in a quiet residential neighborhood.



We offer keyless digital entry and you will have private access to the house. You may come and go as you please. There are no keys to lose, just a simple 4 digit passcode to remember.

Due to insurance reasons, the person booking must be at least 25 years old to book and must upload a photo of government ID to the host within 24 hours of booking.

Please note that we have occupancy based pricing in our settings. Please select the correct number of people in your group at the time of booking to get the correct pricing for your stay. Keep in mind, if you add more people to your group after booking the rate may adjust slightly. There is an additional charge of $30 per night for each additional person after the initial 4 people. This keeps our rates low and affordable for our average group size for this listing and helps us charge an appropriate fee for the additional linens and utilities used by a larger group size. We love children and want you to know that they are more than welcome as our guests. This means that children of any age, even infants, are counted as guests in your guest count. Please let us know in advance the ages of all children and any special needs you may have.

The property has a jacuzzi. Please be clean of sand and sunscreen before entering the jacuzzi. If there is excess sand after your stay there is an additional $100 fee for draining the jacuzzi.
The jacuzzi hours are 8 am - 9:30pm.

We can hook you up with a vendor that will set up a private bonfire on the beach for your family. Includes set up and take down, portable steel fire drum, roasting sticks, hot dogs, and s'mores. A perfect activity while waiting for the summer Sea World fireworks over the bay. Inquire for details.

Want family pictures on the beach? What better backdrop for a group shot than the stunning backdrop of the ocean or bay at sunset! We can arrange for a very affordable local portrait photographer to do a photo session of your family on the beach. Let us know in advanced if you're interested and we can connect you with the photographer.

The house is thoroughly cleaned between each stay. However if you wish for a cleaning and change of linens during your stay we can arrange for the housekeeper to come for an additional charge of the standard cleaning fee. Please give us one day's notice so we can get this scheduled.
