Un emplacement est nécessaire pour des vacances parfaites et ce bungalow sur la plage ne déçoit pas! Non seulement les plages accueillantes de l'océan Pacifique à seulement 60 étapes à la porte, mais les aventures sous-marines de SeaWorld sont à seulement deux miles de cette location de Mission Beach. Le zoo de San Diego est à moins de 10 miles de distance et l'ßle de Coronado est à 15 miles de votre porte d'entrée.

Le salon dispose d'une énorme coupe, parfait pour des conversations de fin de nuit et des soirées cinéma! Ce condo technologiquement-savvy dispose d'un lecteur TV écran plat, DVD et VHS, cùble, et WiFi.

La cuisine est équipée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour préparer pour les barbecues nocturnes sur l'un des deux barbecues à gaz sur la terrasse commune qui a beaucoup de siÚges. Clean-up est un jeu d'enfant avec le lave-vaisselle!

The house is fine for the price and location, but we were very unhappy that there was construction going on in the downstairs unit the whole trip. We were not made aware of this either prior to or after booking. The construction lasted from early morning until 6pm every day of our trip except the final day, when they had planned to work but waited when we told them we'd be trying to check out during the construction time. We had to dodge around the construction debris and workers as we went to or from our unit. This was especially unfortunate as this is a beach property and we were going to and from the beach with kids in flip-flops and barefoot, which is not ideal in an active construction site. We attempted to ask for details on the construction plan with the property manager, but they never provided useful responses for us to work with.On the minor complaints side, the property management company was also terrible at communicating details such as on site supplies available (towels, beach toys, etc.).Additionally, the dryer was not working when we tried to dry our washed clothes.

Great location at Mission beach

Easy check in, everything about the unit was exactly as advertised. Parking in the garage is a bit tough because the alley is very narrow (don't have a large rental vehicle!) Location can't be beat - incredibly close to Mission Beach, Belmont Park, restaurants, etc.

Great location!

Perfect spot for our family of 6. The garage even fit our Yukon! Just steps from the beach and lots of shops & food options, plus only a short drive to Sea World and other destination spots! We had internet connection issues the first evening and they were quick to respond and got it all resolved for us! Great service, clean accommodations. Would definitely recommend staying here and will be back on our next stay in San Diego!

Not much to recommend other than location. The outside has little curb appeal, broken down with a leaky roof. Poor communication with local management over several issues.

Misrepresentation and Poor Communication

Do NOT stay here! Other than location this has to be the worst VRBO rental I have ever booked. We could not pull into the provided garage bay as there was a construction van in our designated spot. We were not informed of the construction prior to our arrival and the hammering and sawing noise was so disruptive we could not stay at the rental to complete our work. There were termite droppings or frass all over the bed, nightstand and floors in the bedrooms! The shower water smelled like sulphur and the walls in the bathroom were dirty. The covered outdoor patio was constructed of PVC piping with a plastic corrugated ceiling and the straw walls were decaying. The garage code worked for the first 2 nights of the rental and then stopped working and we were unable to access our car the last day! Vacasa, the rental company was unwilling to help and indicated that the "local management office would be notiified". They never responded. The keypad codes provided were incorrect for the entry door. Thankfully we put in a shortened code and it worked! It was so frustrating not having ANY local contact person to come over to the rental to assist us! The pictures provided of this rental on VRBO are a misrepresentation of the actual rental. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

Great family spot for a long weekend with kids

Excellent location for a quick walk to beach, restaurants, arcade, and convenience stores. Close drive to other San Diego attractions. Traveled with a teenager and 10-yr-old. Plenty of space in the apt.

Spring Break getaway

My family and I decided to go to San Diego for spring break. I booked this place based on reviews of location and we could not be happier. This was just steps away from the beach. My wife and I shared the main bed in bedroom 1 and my 2 kids had their own bed in 2nd bedroom. The couch could have been another option if needed. It was upstairs so we left windows open at night to get some of the ocean breeze and sat outside on the patio to enjoy the weather. Overall we will definitely book this location again in future.

DO NOT BOOK - UNINHABITABLE

Simply put, the worst VRBO I’ve ever stayed in - an absolute dump. Upon check in, discovered rodent feces on top of the bed sheets. Attempted to contact host, but immediately redirected to Vacasa, the property manger. Vacasa was an automated response or outsourced, promising to have “the local team” contact me asap. Cleaned up feces, attempted to take a shower only to discover no hot water and black mold in the shower. Again contacted Vacasa, only to receive absolutely no response. No hot water for three days, and when leaving ran into the plumber sent to change out the hot water heater who stated based on the leak in the bottom it had been out for many days. Bottom line, this VRBO is unsafe and uninhabitable. It’s in violation of numerous City of San Diego life safety codes and should have it’s short term rental license revoked. DO NOT book, and I’d recommend avoiding all properties managed by Vacasa.

Poorly maintained & omissions in listing, good location

I should have trusted the multiple warnings in prior reviews. Here are my noticings. --The front door was very sticky to open and shut. Needs maintenence. --The carbon monoxide detector had low batteries and the management asked me to push a temporary silence button instead of offering to replace the batteries. Unsafe. --There was black mold on the shower window ledge. Unsightly and unsafe. --The bathroom towel rack and exhaust fan are still broken as prior reviewers noted. The paint is still peeling. Unmaintained. --The ceiling fan light in the back bedroom randomly turned on multiple times a night and woke up the people sleeping in the room. Uncomfortable. --The dishwasher would not dispense the detergent from the main detergent container. We had to wash dishes by hand. Bothersome. --The outdoor patio and grill are shared by three rental units. This makes it challenging to plan your meal times. Unclearly listed. --The hot water runs out after two average length showers. Plan your personal hygiene schedules accordingly. --The shared washer and dryer are on the left side of the garage and the other renter parked a long SUV in their side so we couldn't access the washer and dryer while they were parked in the garage. Inconvenient. --Overall this is akin to a worn out 1 star motel with an added kitchen, dining table, and living room. --Great location close to the beach! Loud till the neighbors quiet down late at night.

Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay at this rental. The home is older and there are parts that could use a total remodel (the bathroom) however, we had everything in the home we needed for our 5 night stay. The home was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen had the basics we needed. There were plenty of bath and beach towels. The beds were comfortable. The garage has beach umbrellas, beach toys, chairs and body boards for guests to use. The location is fabulous! Just a short walk to a park with a great play area, the beach, Belmont Park, Plunge, shopping and food. Grocery stores are a short 10 minute drive. We would definitely stay here again.

Outdated/Dangerous

This house is in an amazing location but fell way short in its amenities and comfort. The upper deck is riddled with holes in the decking causing a possible trip/fall hazard. Front metal security door is completely rusted. Broken towel racks, constantly running toilet that also was leaking at the base. During our stay it began to rain and the roof was leaking in four different areas. Water was dripping on the couch and we were unable to sit in that area. Maintenance arrived and dropped off two very large bins to collect the water, taking up more space in an already cramped area. Also, had to stand on the bed to turn on the light in the main bedroom as there was no switch on the wall. Overall, not very impressed for the price.

We had VRBO homes that were better furnished

When we tried to plug in the electric heater the circut for our whole house blew. So we had to do with only the big electric heater in the living room. We were cold inside and had to wear coats. There was on "Book of instructions" as we are used to in VRBO houses so we had no information on Trash days, and which can's we were to put our trash in. The roof leaked on the leather couch and in the window in the kitchen. There wasn't a sharp knife in the house and the only measuring cup was a 1/3 cup measure. It would be handy to have a 1cup measurer. Also there was no lids for the sauce pans. The TV in the twin bed room didn't work but that didn't bother us. It might bother some people. The beds were very comfortable. Thank you
