Très bon séjour
Hôtel bien situé pour visiter le centre de San Antonio, environ 15mn à pieds. Les chambres sont spacieuses. La piscine est agréable et au calme pour se détendre. Très bon choix pour la visite de San Antonio.

The best hotel to stay while you are in San Antonio ! Rooms are super clean, staff is incredibly nice ! You can ask anything at the front desk and they will do their best to help you . Neighborhood is okay, you have to talk 15 min to be in downtown San Antonio. There is a market around the corner. The pool is great, breakfast is ok. I’ll definitely come back to La Quinta.

Hôtel correct par contre le personnel se fou royalement dès clients. Pas du tout agréable. La salle du petit déjeuner était salle notamment le sol. Il a fallu demander à plusieurs reprises de recharger pour le petit dej mais les 2 jours il manquait toujours un truc. J’avais demandé à la resa de préparer le canapé lit et rien n’était prêt. Même pas les serviettes pour une 3eme personne. Très déçue de cet hôtel.

The hotel itself seems to have been renovated, however the queen size bed is more of a “full” size than queen. The furniture in the rooms is dated. We were placed in an ADA room, the remodel of the bathroom was pretty terrible, but we purchased a shower mat and made due. Huge 2 inch gap under room door was interesting. The location is sketchy. During breakfast a homeless man came in grabbed food and walked out. Parking is very limited for the amount of guests during the holiday weekend. Staff were amazing, all in all a pleasant stay. Wouldn’t be my first choice of la Quinta’s in San Antonio strictly because of the location.

The property needs a lot maintainance. Our room has issues with the A/C and the bathroom looks old and dirty. Even we found three cockroach in the room

The property is conveniently located to downtown San Antonio. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Joseph was especially helpful in assisting us and our pup “Boots”! Staff was welcoming and accommodating upon check-in arrival. Breakfast was good both of the days we were there. Staff kept the property clean. Room was clean just a little outdated. The fridge didn't keep things as cold and both couches had noticeable stains. Hotel is close distance to a lot of places and huge perk to have parking included. We went to the H-E-B across the street and they even had security. Would stay here again as we felt safe. Good hotel for families and pets.

Parking is limited. The elevators are the worst ever for such a big hotel. Only 2 and the are soooo slow and not air conditioned. Breakfast was good. Beds and room was very nice.

My problem was check-in. I paid extra to check-in at 1 pm and it was not ready. I told the clerks that I would be seating in front of their desk and when it was ready they could have walk to me to tell me it was ready. This is POOR service. I will have to change to different hotels next time we go to San Antonio, TX.

This is a very nice modern hotel and our room was a large with a separate lounge area. The breakfast was good with a large breakfast area. The hotel has a large car park with free parking and the hotel is located within walking distance to the city and river walk. I would certainly recommend this hotel.
