L'hôtel est en plein travaux et devrait être fermé. Payer le prix fort pour être dans le bruit et la poussière est inacceptable. Nous aurions apprécié au moins un rabais de 50%

Un petit hôtel de charme !
Très bon accueil, le personnel est à votre disposition. L'hôtel est directement sur plage (privée), sable fin et eau cristalline. Les repas sont bien mais manque de choix, le petit-déjeuner est à améliorer. La chambre est spacieuse, manque un petit frigidaire. La salle de bain est correcte mais l'eau chaude laisse à désirer. L'hôtel est calme, parfait pour se détendre. Je recommande !!!

They claim to have laundry and they dont, they say to have small fridge and none are working, my Ac was not working properly and they dont care, location is far from the center wich has all food variety. Their Rest and bar has very short menu and low cuality.like 2 ppl from the staff ok the rest especially front desk wont solve any of your problems. Hotel has potential but Its like no one care, cant recomend it.

Upon arrival, check in was suppose to be at 3pm. The hotel staff had us waiting 2 hours, we ended up checking in at 5pm. San Andres locals are not very friendly and lack customer service. The room's ac did not work properly and the bathroom door was broken. There's a restaurant in sight, the food is way overpriced. There are no other restaurants in the area leaving you no other option than to have to eat there, unless you grab a taxi to where all the restaurants are which is about a 20min car ride away from the village. Don't expect to be able to walk around and venture out of the hotel since there is nothing around. This is a place you may enjoy if you're looking to just relax in one spot at the beach and dont mind over paying for food.

Realmente fue excelente, el servicio por parte de la administradora y Lorien fue genial, el desayuno perfecto y el servicio a la habitación súper rápido, muy feliz con la estadía, la playa tiene mucha alga pero pues son cosas que no dependen de ellos, por lo demás mi esposo y yo la pasamos súper!

Playa y sitio hermosa!
We stayed 4 nights in an ocean view upper room. Staff were friendly and accomodating and restaurant dinner was very good. This is a wonderful place to be directly on the San Luis beach, walking distance to several restaurants and a convenience store. The hotel provides shaded chaise lounge chairs on beach, excellent beachfront bar service, and music. Special dinners and activities can be arranged. Hot water and wifi in the room were reliable.

Es un hotel pata descansar, no es un hotel de lujo, es un hotel comodo, debn mejorar temas de logística en el desayuno. Su personal es amable y es un hotel limpio. Deben trabajar en el mantenimiento en los baños. Pero es un hotel limpio. Y lo mejor es la playa. Se logro el objetivo que era descanzar. Si volveria. Lo recomiendo para parejas. No para niños.

Muy buen opción en san andres, excelente personal
Nos fue muy bien, el personal es muy atento, las instalaciones estan bastante bien (Se comprende que el salitre hace de las suyas, pero en terminos generales estan muy bien). Nos toco una habitación amplia que consta de 2 habitaciones y un baño, con vista al mar (Muy comoda y agradable). El aseo es muy bueno. La ubicación es perfecta, la playa colinda con el hotel y puedes utilizar asoleadoras, tomar bebidas, escuchar musica o disfrutar de la pequeña piscina con solo dar unos pasos.

A Hidden Treasure
My partner and I planned our 1 year anniversary to stay on San Andres Island. We booked 2 nights at another hotel, and when we checked in, we were told we could only stay 1 night. After a truly awful experience at that hotel, I frantically searched for another hotel hoping the island wasn't completely booked. The MS San Luis Village hotel SAVED THE DAY! Every single staff person was kind, smiling and helpful. The room was large, had strong air conditioning, and a spacious shower. The food was extremely delicious and the private beach was beautiful beyond compare. We were thinking we would never come to San Andres again, but now we have a Hidden Treasure waiting for us 😁.

Excelente estadia en San Andrés
Visité el hotel con mi familia y nos encantó! La ubicación frente a la playa lo que más nos gustó. El servicio del personal del hotel fue excelente. Si quieren celebrar una ocasión especial les recomiendo la cena que se puede organizar frente al mar, con una decoración muy linda. Para el desayuno habian opciones diferentes cada dia. Seguro volveremos a este hotel en nuestro próximo viaje a San Andrés.

La habitacion donde nos quedamos es muy ruidosa, esta cerca a la calle y de la recepcion x lo que escuchabamos todo lo q habla la gente al llegar y de los empleados del hotel q en algunas ocaciones gritaban. De resto el hotel es muy bueno, playa linda, habitaciones comodas, sobre la comida creo que pueden mejorar y ofrecer mas variedad, aunque el desayuno si estaba completo y delicioso.

Our expectations were definitely different. The photos presented in the description of the hotel should be renewed immediately because the deterioration in which the hotel is found, is not observed in what Expedia sells. Although we were accommodated in a room with a sea view, the door of the room was difficult to open/close. The safety deposit box did not work and although we asked for help at the front desk, they never sent us the requested support. The refrigerator in the room was very rusty and deteriorated (although it worked). The food in the restaurant was average, when it was available. Due to the location of the hotel there were no other options nearby for dinner (only for lunch) and with a very limited menu, it is incredible to hear that there is no seafood (when you are on an island). Every night we had to ask which of the dishes were available. The hotel has no wifi in any room, nor in the common areas and it is a service offered in the description. The beach was dirty (plastic waste) and there was a high accumulation of seaweed on the shore, which may be normal for the season, but in our opinion, it should have been picked up by the hotel staff, however it was increasing every day. On the beach there were only chairs for guests, no umbrellas (these had to be paid for separately from a third party) and no beach towels were offered.

It was the most terrible experience! If you can stay AWAY from this place! The pictures on the web sites are totally false! The hotel is very very dirty, horribly managed place with bad food and worst lazy service possible. Was shocked what is possible. The beach was totally unattended and only after massive complain they swiped it just a bit so it stayed every day same dirty with a lot of rubbish snd plenty of stray dogs that no one from the staff try to manage. At the beach was every day blasting horrible music when asked several times to put it down they laughed yo my face even though there were only us at the beach! This place is horrid! I booked a room with the sea view, lock was not working so instead of mending it they sealed the window so it was not possible to open it. Dirty horrible bathrooms with only cold water shower. Even though I paid for a large room with four beds and two rooms they put me into the small one without any apology or compensation. The staff would not care about anything!

Hotel ist ziemlich genau 30 Autominuten vom Flughafen entfernt und nicht 9 Minuten wie in der Beschreibung. Hotel ist in den Pampas. Hotel hat absolut Renovationsbedarf. Die Fotos in der Internetbeschreibung täuschen über alles. Eingang zu Hotel und Reception/Lobby lassen zu wünschen übrig. Alles benötigt Geld für Renovationen. Die Eingangstüren zu den Zimmern funktionieren nicht richtig.Fürs Zentrum bracht man Bus oder Taxi, wenn man was unternehmen will. Und man braucht auch ca. 30 Minuten. Taxis sind relativ seht teuer für kolumbianische Verhältnisse. In der Hotelanlage immer Hunde und Katzen und ebenfalls im Privatstrand. WLAN gratis funktioniert die halbe Zeit nicht. Bis in die späten Morgenstunden Musik vom Nachbar. Keine Ahnung wer dies ist. Aber sicherlich nicht das Hotel. Der Chef des Hotels ist seht sympatisch, aber er hat diese Hotel nur gemietet und wahrscheinlich auch keine Kompetenzen. Jetzt kommt das Positive: Das Personal und auch der Chef sind super!!! Das Frühstückbuffet ist gut! Preis-/Leitsungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, a equipe foi super atenciosa. O restaurante do hotel é muito bom, com a ressalva que as porções não tem muito padrão: alguns pratos servem uma pessoa e outros servem facilmente 3. Mas a comida é muito boa. O que não gostamos: o Wi-Fi é muito ruim e o fato de não ter água quente (mesmo sendo quente na ilha, faz falta o banho quente). E outras coisas a serem ditas: no expedia dizia que esse hotel oferecia traslado grátis de ida e volta do aeroporto. No hotel foi dito que não ofereciam tal serviço. E a outra coisa que não tem a ver com o hotel, mas com a ilha, as faltas de água. Fomos em baixa temporada e faltou água diversas vezes. Acho que em alta temporada deve ser bem complicado.

Nice small hotel, beach front with beautiful beach, the standard rooms are small but suites are very good they have service to the beach so you can order any drink or food directly to you Lounge. I will recommend the hotel to relax out of the center.

False Advertisement! From the description and photos on this site, you would expect nothing short of absolute beauty. WRONG!! The pool most definitely didn’t look anything like the colors in the photo, in fact, it was dirty and had a sign saying we couldn’t use it due to maintenance. There was a patio sliding door to access the room, which had a key hole and lock that was rotted, old and had to be maneuvered a certain way for you to lock/unlock the door. Doesn’t make a guest feel safe at all. There were stray animals (cats and dogs) literally walking around the property and at your feet while dining, clearly wanting to be fed. The hot water only worked when the light was on in the bathroom, which was explained by the front desk receptionist. The staff was rude and seemed to have an attitude each time a question was asked. The only good thing that I have to say about this resort, well actually I won’t even call it a resort, this hotel, is that the alcoholic beverages made by the bartender were good and it was only about a 5 minute walk to a nice beach. Other than that, thumbs down. I definitely will NOT be referring anyone to stay here, nor will I be back myself!!

After reading mostly poor reviews on the Hotel MS, I decided most of them were petty and unrealistic in what they thought was bad about the place. I was wrong. The beach was covered in trash and seaweed, they made no effort to keep it clean. There were stray dogs wondering the beach as well, in addition, these stray dogs liked to hang out in the hotels restaurant and be fed by inconsiderate guests. Our room had a sliding glass door that couldn't be locked, anyone could have walked up and let themselves in. In my opinion this was an unacceptable security risk. I ended up shoving a dresser drawer on the track so it couldn't be opened. Then there was the water....the shower and sink water had the scent of sewage in it. We opted to go without showers during our stay for fear of what we were actually bathing in. The staff in the restaurant really did work hard, they were clearly under staffed and at one point one of the girls who was off shift showed up to help. In the end, we checked out a day early. The front desk worker asked if we had an issue with the hotel and we said yes. We were met with silence, indicating they really didn't care. We paid 150 dollars a night for this place and ended up eating a nights worth just to get away. The worst part of all of this was we moved to a luxury hotel for 50 dollars more a night, so you're really not saving any money by going to Hotel MS. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this hotel.

Este hotel es una real estafa. Las fotografías que publican no se condicen en nada con la realidad. El estado de las habitaciones es totalmente contrario a lo que está publicado, los parasoles de la playa están oxidados y con sus techos rotos. Al llegar y querer abrir la habitación (la 201) se nos rompió la llave de la habitación, las aberturas todas inchadas por la humedad, la puerta ventana no se podía abrir y nunca la pudimos abrir. Contrajimos un malestar gastroinstinal terrible y nos enteramos que varios huspedes tuvieron malestar similar. La playa estuvo siempre llena de algas (que limpiaron despues de 3 dias que estuvimos allí hospedados). Un día nos quedamos sin agua caliente, otro día no tuvimos luz y no nos daban opciones/soluciones para poder ir al baño. Había un muchacho en la recepción, que cada vez que le pedíamos algo, nos respondía siempre con mala gana y mala actitud. Todo era extremadamente lento. El día que llegamos, fuimos al restaurante, nos dieron una carta y de todas las opciones (era una carta extensa) sólo tenían dos opciones de comida y nada más, todo el resto de las opciones eran inexistentes. No es un hotel para recomendar y jamás volvería.
