Stayed as extended families for a wedding. Location was close to our needs and enough beds for our needs. House is quite run down and dirty. We all had to wear shoes around house because our feet and socks were so dirty after walking on floors. One of beds wasn't made and washing machine was left with wet towels that hadnt been switched. No dish soap, no paper towels and very little toilet paper when we arrived. The place had good selection of dishes and 2 fridges.Cobwebs and spiders in corners. We had to hang a makeshift shower curtain in the bottom bathroom as there was nothing there (water would get everywhere). Stains on carpets. We were happy with location but appalled at the state of the house.

Great location & perfect for our family

Minutes from DT Bountiful and our local family, this was a great location to stay for us. Plenty of room for the grandkids to play, for sleeping, and for socializing.

Overall the place was ok. Cleaning was lacking had dust and grime everywhere and the reset for new guests could have been better. For example refilling of shampoo and conditioner dispensers. There was no shower curtain in the down stairs bathroom which made showering very messing and difficult. Walls were scuffed and dirty. Windows were not clean. Game room was dirty and ac broken so it was very hot in there. Smoke alarms batteries were low so it would beep on and off. Reached out to the owner for location of batteries to replace it but got only a AI generated response thanking me for my stay and to let them know if I had any problems. There was a broken table and pieces that was left in a corner of the game room. Informed the owner and no response. The deck to game room had two loose panels and the property was overgrown with weeds and leaves. Wall paper in one bathroom was peeling. Massive spider problem in the down stairs. I killed so many while there. Security alarm beeped entire time of stay due to the batteries needing replaced in multiple alarms in the house. On a good note, the beds were comfortable and the bedding was interior design was very nice. Loved the abundant of space and rooms. The neighborhood was quite and very upscale. Drive to the property was beautiful! The kitchen was well stocked with plates and utensils. Overall, wouldn’t stay again at the price they charged for it. Caution to next guest driveway is very steep can’t enter with a cargo hitch on car.

Perfect Getaway with Amazing Host!

My friends and I had an amazing stay at this home! The house itself was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Check-in was incredibly easy, and the host was fantastic, super friendly, communicative, and always ready to help. The location was great, close to everything we needed while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Would absolutely book again!

expected better than what I thought

I was super excited about this place, unfourtunaly game was pretty dirty, WIFI was correct what it was giving , microwave was pretty nasty, master room bed was very very uncomfortable, didn't have a bottom spring to hold the mattress. stairs were missing sideboard, can be a safety issue pretty dangerous, missing title in showers, this house needs a lot of remodeling. couldn't find the switch to turn off the outside light. I have a lots of pictures that went wrong with this place and its too bad because this place can be much better of all of this things were updated. it wasn't worth the money.. too bad.
