Street noise was loud. Bathroom door had a hole in it. Great location. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.

We were exhausted when we went to this hotel. There was a large spot between the beds, not sure if it was a stain or a burn. Probably would have said something if we were not so tired. However, the room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection and the kids had fun in the pool. Location was also good. Not a bad hotel after all.

I checked into a non-smoking room that absolutely reeked like a dive bar and Febreze! I got there late and I was pulling a cargo trailer for an event so it was too difficult to find another place and re-park at that time or I would have. The upholstery and the carpet need to be shampooed desperately and the walls and ceiling probably need to be washed down as well. The bed linen was clean and smelt fresh, but the living room area was disgusting and I wouldn’t sit on the couch or the lounge chair without covering it with a towel because they were filthy. This level of filth is above regular housekeeping duties. They actually need a full upholstery cleaning because the maintenance on this has been long, long long forgotten. Houskeeping is doing their job but management has ignored hiring a company or purchasing a machine and employing staff to come through and properly clean the upholstery!!!! Just yuck

Like the cleanliness, the location and the Shuttle from & to the airport. Don't like: the Shuttle service is not properly organized especially going to the airport when time is of essence. They may let guests know there is Shuttle going to airport every hour if there is need so people plan accordingly. Thank you.

It was a great experience the hot tub needed to be hot and the pool a little warmer other than that people were nice place was clean!

Ick! The place smelled bad and just seemed old and not up to any standards. I was also charged an additional $30 per dog that I was not expecting and put into an inconvenient 3rd floor room when the notice at the front desk said all pet rooms were on the 1st floor. The additional $60 put the cost of the room in a category that should have been MUCH MUCH better. Would not recommend.

Terrible sound proof. It sounds like window is open. I could hear rooms next door and dog barking from a room across. Room upstairs broadcasts every foot step. I never had such a terrible hotel with such a terrible sound insulation.

Staff was not accommodating and made you feel that you were bothering them with a simple question. The rooms were not the most tidy and the mattresses very uncomfortable.

If you need a clean place to stay, close to the airport with an excellent satisfying breakfast that is complimentary!! This is the place to stay!!! Also appreciate the free shuttle too and from airport!

I know where I will want to stay every trip I take out to the area. The staff was clear and consistent and friendly. The place was extremely quiet they were updating furniture during my stay. Never heard 1 noise. I slept like a baby. I truly enjoyed my stay. Thanks Country Inn and Suites.

I got a handicap room which I didn’t really want The toilet roll fell off since the holder was loose. No place to put toiletries Other than that it was nice

One of the main reasons for choosing this hotel was the indoor pool. The hot tub was not even warm and the pool was too cold to use. That was disappointing. BUT! The staff was good and the breakfast was alright too.

Cleanliness wasn’t the best. Stains on the carpet and walls. Damage to doors/walls. Room was smelly. The door was open to the kitchen during breakfast which let a strong cleaner smell into the food area. The cook was also using her fingers to eat which was seen with the kitchen door open.

The front desk person who checked us in wasn’t friendly. The hotel room was dirty. There were dirty towels from previous guests still in the room. The windows were open, it was cold and drafty even once we closed them. It was winter when we stayed, so not ideal at all. There was an old, dirty, pee stained towel stuck between the toilet lid and back of the toilet. Overall it just wasn’t clean in the room. We won’t be staying here again.

Not as pictured.
The room smelled of pet urine and there were nasty stains on the carpet and chair. There was a tick-like bug on the bed, the toilet seat was broken, the bathroom looked like it would fall apart, and the front desk person was dressed in what appeared to be pajamas. The whole hotel smelled overwhelmingly of smoke. The key cards would deactivate a couple times a day. The food was better than expected though.

I've been Traveling for work quite often and I enjoy a nice quiet place without neighbors bugging me With LOUD kids or TV'S. Prefer to be left alone.Really enjoy a secluded room with nothing to bother me!!

I consider this property - one star. The owner is rude and arrogamt right off the back. I paid for four days stayed just one night and checked myself out. Not recommended at all.
