« Pros: The house is spacious and cosy. Although we were there late in the season, the garden was still beautiful and luscious. The jacuzzi is huge and also very nice. We enjoyed it a lot especially because of the slightly colder weather. We had some small issues in the house. But Silvio did his utter best to try to fix them and brought us some delicious pastries in the meantime. He is a great host. »

« Pros: Neues Haus mit Strandzugang, Betten und Badezimmer waren gut, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, Liegen und Stühle für den Strand waren auch vorhanden. Nette Vermieter, Guter Service von der Agentur (Saby), es gab viele Tipps, wo man hin gehen konnte zum Essen oder zum Anschauen. Wir waren immer in der Nähe zum Essen direkt am Wasser zu guten Preisen, Zum Beispiel Große Pizza 10 Euro. Würden jederzeit dort wieder Mieten. »

« Die Villa ist in einem Top Zustand und auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus mit 2 Wohnungen und einem Traumhaften Ausblick. Beide Wohnungen sind top ausgestattet uns sehr modern. Auch Saro, der Gastgeber hat immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.Ein Auto ist zwingend, da man zu den Stränden schlecht fußläufig gelangt. Die Strände sind sehr schön und auch Castellamare del Golfo ist traumhaft. »

Innen wie außen gibt es viel Platz, und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. – Vergitterte Fenster und Türen sowie ein Grundstückstor vermitteln ein gutes und sicheres Gefühl. « A fantastic find. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. The pool was fantastic and the beach a 2 minute walk away. Plenty of restaurants on the seafront to choose from and the lively town is a 5 minute drive away. Anna was an excellent host and is always available if we needed anything. She went over and above our expectations as a host. Highly recommend. »

« The location of the “villa” was great but not the luxury experience as stated in the description. There was dog poop around the property, mold in the showers, sewage coming up from a drain in the driveway that smelled and the amenities (towels, soap, shampoo, etc) were less then “luxury.” If you have any hope of watching a movie during your stay, be prepared to look at it on a 20” tv that is 20feet away from you in the bedroom only.
