Welcome to ‘Sea-Section” on beautiful Fripp Island, S.C. This spacious two-story home is located on the north end of Fripp Island on a quiet cul-de-sac. This four-bedroom, 3 Full Bath, and 1 Half Bath home accommodates up to 10 people and offers breathtaking views of Blue Heron Lake. Enjoy watching the wildlife from the screen porch and the upper-level open-air porch. Both porches span across the whole back of the house offering relaxing areas to read, dine, or visit with friends and family. The open concept layout is perfect for visitors who want family time, making great memories together, and enjoying all Fripp Island has to offer. A short golf cart ride will get you to beach accesses, The Beach Club, tennis courts, and all Fripp Island amenities.

Park your car in the one car garage bay and conveniently unload your supplies up the inner stairwell. There is room for four more cars in the driveway. The large front porch offers a casual and relaxed place to rock and watch the world go by. Enter the home to find an open, spacious living room and dining room combination. The Living room area features new furniture and a large flat-screen TV with Roku which allows family and friends a place to gather. Fire up the new gas grill on the screen porch and enjoy a meal. The dining table seats 6 with another 3 seats at the stone countertop bar area. The dining area is open to the well-stocked kitchen recently updated with quartz countertops, subway tile backsplash, LVP flooring, and large sink to accommodate large pots for those low country boils. The appliances are stainless steel with a 4-burner electric stove/ oven combination and refrigerator with ice maker. The laundry room is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen to make cleaning easy for those wet towels from the beach. Also located on the main level is a private Master Bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower and Jacuzzi tub. Upstairs is a Large Master Bedroom with a sitting area and a large en-suite bathroom featuring a shower and jacuzzi tub. This bedroom has access to the upper deck and offers beautiful views of Blue Heron Lake. There are two other bedrooms which share a hall bath. One of these bedrooms shares access to the upper deck as well for a great spot to read or enjoy a cup of coffee. All bedrooms have flat screen Smart TVs ( Bring your devices to connect).. Since buying the home in 2019, the owners have made upgrades with new paint, fresh white linens, artwork, window treatments, kitchen upgrades, and a freshly painted exterior.

The Fripp Island Club is private and each unaccompanied guest 13 and older must have an amenity card to access the Club’s facilities. The amenity card is a temporary membership to the club. Guests must comply with all rules and regulations of the Club.

We See’um Rentals Too, LLC manages 25 plus properties. If you inquire about a property & the property is booked for the dates you prefer, we hope we can direct you to another property that will be as good or better for your needs. Beautiful Home!

The house was perfect for our family, very spacious, well stocked kitchen, everything you needed to cook and serve a meal. Porches were great!! Neighborhood was very! quiet and peaceful. Loved the Daily deer visits. A short golf cart ride to anything you wanted to do!

Great layout and location. BJ and team are so easy to deal with. AC rocks. The cleaning of the house needs some attention. Every chair, sofa and bed spread has stains. The showers and toilets had mold built up and shower doors do not close. The kitchen had food dripped down cabinets and dishes were put away with food caked on then. With a little attention could be the best place on the island for a family.

The stay was fantastic! Our family loves Fripp Island and the home was the perfect size for our family! The jets in the tub upstairs were not working but was not an issue for us! Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful setting on the lake! So much wildlife can be seen from the back porch. The house is well appointed and the furniture and beds are comfortable and nice. Will definitely consider staying here again!

Best Rainy Memorial Day Vacation Possible

This home was the highlight of our trip. We watched movies, played board games and watched deer walking through the back yard. We wished that we had asked the Owners what benefits would the amenity cards give us given the fact that its supposed to rain all weekend or that they would have warned us that maybe we shouldn't purchase them. This was our first trip to Fripp and we really had no idea what benefit the amenity cards would give us. It sounded as if they were required, but we didn't get any value from them at all. There only appears to be a couple of restaurants on the island and they didn't seem to be open when we wanted to eat. We ended up traveling into Beaufort for dinners. Many benefits of the cards, like kayak rentals, golf cart rentals, outdoors swimming pools for children, etc. we definitely would have used if it was sunny. TLDR; If you've been to Fripp before, this is where you want to stay. If you haven't, this is where you want to stay, but think twice about purchasing the amenity cards if it looks like its going to rain your entire stay.
