« Manager never took my call or called me back. I had a car breakdown and needed to talk to someone at the hotel. Non responsive. »

« The room was clean. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were flat as pancakes and lumpy. When I asked for extra pillows, she said she didn’t have any extra pillows. No ice, we were told to go get it at the truck stop nearby. Air conditioner and mini fridge were very noisy. The shower was very good.
