« Our reservation was canceled and we never even received a notification. We called an hour before to the reservation company to get check in instructions and spoke to Leila who asked for our confirmation and said she would email instructions within the hour. I called back an hour later and we were told our reservation was cancelled and we had been sent an email. My Expedia account still showed booked and current so I was extremely confused and looked for the email and was unable to find anything...
