« The cleanliness and the staff at this location were top tier! Very responsive, friendly, and exceptional customer service! The rooms are very spacious, and the amenities were very well maintained. Breakfast was freshly made daily with such an abundance of selections. Definitely recommend this location 👌! »

« Le cadre est génial, au calme, ce qui n'est pas négligeable à Austin. Tout était très bien : propreté, service, accessoires (on a beaucoup apprécié la cafetière Nespresso avec du café classique et du décaféiné!). Juste deux aspects négatif : l'eau chaude met un temps fou pour arriver (gaspillage d'eau) et la climatisation un peu bruyante. »

« The room had some grim in the kitchen and wear and tear on the furniture. The pull out sofa was terrible thin mattress and springs that dug into my back. The staff was friendly however due to the pool being down and being told from day one it was going to be fixed tomorrow and than on day 5 being told well we dont know when it will be repaired by the manager I felt misled. « Clean room but the toilet started to leak water all over, thankfully it was the last night. Staff was okay but not very kind. Breakfast was okay. Parking was great. »

« Property was old, carpets stained, elevators would not line up properly with floors, Needs updating/remodeling. We stayed on third floor, traffic side of I-35. Pretty noisy. If I stayed there again, I would try for a room away from the I-35 traffic side. »
