Every aspect of our stay was exceptional. The front desk staff were all absolutely wonderful- friendly, kind and helpful. One of the front desk staff, Telma, particularly went out of her way to help us and did so with a constant smile while humming a happy tune. Highest possible recommendation for this awesome hotel.

Staff was very friendly and very accommodating! Nice personal touches with the personalized welcome note in our room and record player with music. Would have rated this higher except there was loud music nearby on several nights which interrupted our sleep.

Great long weekend
This is such a beautiful little hotel. The room was so stylish and a great size. It's also walking distance to a lovely street of shops and restaurants so perfect for a little city break.

One of the best hotels that I’ve stayed at. A very pleasant 4 night stay. Close to trem line. Walking distance to Euromast. The optional breakfasts were excellent.

Hotel was modern, clean and very comfortable. We had direct access to the garden from our room which was an added bonus.

Overall, great stay!
The hotel is a stylish boutique. It was easy to find and located on a quiet street. It is nearby public transit and a short walk to terrific restaurants. Check-in was fast and friendly. The room was clean and had nice amenities. The biggest issue occured on a Sunday afternoon. Despite extending the stay and reconfirming with front desk that we did not want to be disturbed to sleep in, there were several knocks on the door from staff. When I opened the door, the attitude of the front desk staff was icy, "Did you know check-out is at noon?" And I said, "Yes, and we extended our stay." She responded with a scowl, "When?" And I said Friday (also I had sent a message to the hotel a month prior). I could not fall back asleep after a very tiring day and was upset at the unpleasant and unprofessional exchange and poor attitude of this woman. Would I recommend the stay? Perhaps. I'm undecided whether I would want to return next year.

Gem of a hotel. Room was large and well designed with a quiet back garden. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. If NOTK is taking over the kitchen for the evening when you are there do not hesitate to book a dinner with them. Truly excellent wine and food. Would stay here (and eat at NOTK) every time I visit Rotterdam.

Lovely boutique hotel with stylish rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble and always with a smile. No mirror/socket combo for drying hair but managed.

Supernova is around 20 mins walking distance from Rotterdam Train Station. The room is comfortable, and the staffs are quite friendly.

We had a spacious room which was well worth a few extra Euros. Bed was great, and room had a decent sitting area and lots of windows. Staff were great and having free bikes was perfect and we had a nice trip to delft. There are lots of small steps in unit - which was fine for us. Just be aware. An upbeat vibe to the hotel and check out at noon worked well.

Don't be surprised if you discover that this NOVA property is actually an old traditional building... Renovated Okay, but not novel or modern. Beware of the stairs and elevator!

Cool and slightly edgy hotel in Rotterdam
This is a nicely styled, quirky hotel slightly out of the tourist areas. My room was excellent with plenty of room for my bicycle, but there is an outdoor storage shed I also used. The staff was very nice and helpful when they could be. Downside was that the hotel does not provide satellite/cable TV, but does provide access to stream from your mobile. This is awkward for most Americans. Excellent value.
