Additionally, the living area includes a Queen size sofa sleeper with a plush mattress, adding extra sleeping space without compromising on comfort.

Our private pool and spill over spa provide the perfect retreat for relaxation and enjoyment:
• Spill Over Spa Heating: The spill over spa can be heated to an approximate temperature of 90 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring a warm and soothing experience.
• Pool and Spa Heating: If you choose to heat both the pool and the spill over spa, please note that both will be heated to the same temperature. This ensures a consistent and comfortable environment for your swimming and spa activities.

*The short, 15 minute drive to the beach is part of the adventure. You will find 4 beach chairs and 1 beach umbrella that you can use for your sun soaking enjoyment.
