Kelly hung up on us on the phone and was angry because they weren't able to join us before our arrival. We did the reservation.We came at 2PM the day of our reservation. We did nothing wrong .They tried to give us a lesson because we did not communicate with them before. Come on we are in our holiday don't try messing with your guess like that. « We ended up last minute taking a ferry to Vesiques for the bioluminescence and booked a room at the old crow. It was beautiful and the surroundings made us wish we had booked a few days at this location just to recharge our batteries. Staff super friendly. Pool and property gorgeous. »
