It has a studio kitchen which is in the hall at the top of the stairs- three flights to ground level. The owner is very responsive. We enjoyed the huge tv for streaming content at night. Suggestions include: a hair dryer. Pool was refreshing in the next courtyard over but it was not cleaned - I, pool guy, would have loved to take a skimmer with me to the pool...

« Had a great stay on this boat. Host & first mate were very responsive and met us at boat when we arrived to go over any questions we had. Beautiful well equipped boat. We had 8 adults, but could have had a few more. The marina we were at was not the one in listing, but was better situated for restaurants in Farjado and close to ferry to Vieques/Culabra. « The condo itself was very clean and comfortable and the staff we met were very friendly. A bonus is the amazing view of the ocean. It is exactly as shown in the images by the property manager. But, if you're looking to swim in the ocean, you can not do it here. The rip currents are too strong and the water is very rough.
