« The WiFi did not work at all and the hosts didn’t care. The area is hard to navigate because it’s a bunch of hills and pot holes. « We stayed in 2/2026. The negatives that need some major attention: Inside the place: BLACK MOLD, & uncorrected water damage to the ceiling, & baseboards in multiple rooms. Paint is worn. Appliances rusted. Master shower doesn’t drain (fills up when you first turn on the shower & doesn’t drain for an hour). Guest shower door doesn’t close. Corners of rooms dirty/grimy. « First off, Tom is a great host. He is an artist and has a small studio outside where he paints. Second, the pool is great. The grounds are lush and well kept. You also have access to the BBQ. Bring ear plugs because like the rest of Puerto Rico the coqui are loud at night.The apartment is cozy and has a good kitchen and there is a grocery store nearby.
