Hôtel correct mais la propreté autour de la piscine laisse à désirer. Nous avions prix une demi pension mais le menu n'a pas changer durant nos 9 nuits (toujours les 5 mêmes entrées et plats et idem pour les desserts) et de temps en temps il manquait une entrée ou plat

bon hôtel
bon hôtel, bon équipement, personnel du restaurant accueillant. situation très calme. par contre l'accueil à l'hôtel n'est pas très professionnel. elle ne parlais pas en français, ni même en anglais. aucune gentillesse, ni même un sourire. la personne ne nous fait aucune explication du site. nous à donner seulement des cartes et le numéro de la chambre. pour le reste débrouillez-vous pour la situation de la chambre, pour le restaurant, pour les infrastructures. Et cerise sur le gâteaux, après avoir chercher pendant 15 min la chambre, on à essayé d'ouvrir la porte de la chambre avec les cartes qu'elle nous avait donner, sauf que c'était les cartes qu'on utilise pour enclencher l'électricité. un peu difficile à apprécier quand on a passer une journée de voyage et ayant un handicap au pied, de faire un voyage retour à l'accueil pour une négligence, sans aucune excuse.

Dommage pour les travaux !
Je suis agent de voyages et ai l'habitude de visiter ou de séjourner dans les hôtels. En général, je suis compatissante et comprends le travail des hôteliers, je comprends qu'il faille faire des travaux mais alors il faut le mentionner obligatoirement avant de faire la réservation !!! Ainsi le client est prévenu. La piscine est en réfection, les travaux allaient bon train lors de notre séjour. La cuisine n'est pas aussi raffinée que ce qu'on laisse croire. Le personnel est gentil mais pas qualifié au niveau du restaurant. Chambre spacieuse et propre, et surtout très très bon matelas.

La piscine n'est pas aussi grande que sur la photo
Hotel conforme à notre attente. Nous avions pris une chambre premier donc sans balcon ou, pour une nuit, c'était suffisant. Le personnel est gentil. La ville où il y a de l'activité nocturne est Gualdamar ou Torrevieja, il faut donc une voiture.

Very disappointing stay
As we arrived there was not hot water for a shower. The next morning before an important meeting, still no hot water. The AC worked poorly, the beds slid appart and the pillows were old, worn, clumpy and uncomfortable. The breakfast was also very disappointing and the bar were missing key ingredients to make drinks. The pool was cold, non heated and it was full of leaves and contamination.

Restaurant food and drinks were over priced including the breakfasts. My partner had chops all bone and no meat vegetables were not cooked and very limited. Salmon over cooked to dry no sauce. Cheesecake tasted like cake no sauce very dry. Service appalling had to wait 5 minutes before we were shown a table. No 'good evening or how are you today' bad manners all round. Made it clear that only local residents were welcome and not foreigners. Will not recommend this hotel to anybody. Would like a refund as had to go and eat somewhere else as we were still hungry.

They denied that I had prepaid for Spa for at least 15 minutes, until they suddenly said: oh..I see that you have paid. And the worst case was that you have to wear a Swim cap in the Spa! Been to many spa around the world and NEVER had to. Bad breakfast.

The hotel on the whole was very good ..not much choice on breakfast and same every day .. Spa was being refurbished so couldn't use that
