« I liked the fact that the staff was always extremely helpful and they're at a moment's notice if you needed them. I also liked the fact that little Park was right across the street and was a beautiful Park. I also really like the fact that I felt safe to walk outside at night to walk my dogs. I did love the fact that the hotel was very pet friendly. The only drawback was they did not have a swimming pool or sauna. »

« Very nice hotel. Close to the stadiums. Lots of lounge areas. Free drinks on check in. Only hiccup was the bathroom shower- the tile is opaque and can be seen in the bedroom. Not a big deal for us- but could be awkward depending on who you share a room with. »

« Very expensive for a pretty small room, they made us pay an extra $20 for parking when we already paid $315 for everything (which it said everything was included) went to get food and they close at 10 and also expensive food. We were going to buy toothbrushes as a couple was leaving and they mentioned that they went to go stay in their room and there was people stuff all over so the staff gave them a room already occupied 99% that was our room. « Avis très positif pour cet hôtel, surtout grâce à son emplacement en plein centre-ville de Cincinnati, qui permet de tout faire à pied. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et confortable, ce qui rend le séjour vraiment agréable. Le lobby m’a paru un peu froid et impersonnel, mais le petit déjeuner est correct et le personnel agréable, disponible et souriant. « Beautiful place! Rooms are nice, smells clean. High traffic area but the staff work the customers like a well oiled machine. Lounge has good energy. Will always stay here when visiting the area. »

« The location is great and love having a streetcar stop right outside. Room was clean and the downtown views are awesome. The rooms are very basic (even a bit more so than some newly constructed/renovated lower tier brands) and the whole property is a bit on the dark side. It’s due for an update but until then the price has tended to be pretty reasonable for the location (paid 350 all in for two nights over Memorial Day weekend booked a month in advance). »
