« The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...

« This is not a 4 star. The rooms are sparse. No storage, no clocks, limited bedside table, the bathroom is the quality of a mobile home. The hallway carpets are dirty with obvious water stains. The room floors are cheap and dirty. Extremely limited dining on site but restaurants close by. The roof top bar was closed most of the time. The only good things about this hotel is location, the staff was very nice and the workout “room” was decent. The hotel needs upgrades…badly. The hotel is a 3 star...

« The hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly. There is a bar and restaurant on site and an outdoor deck/patio. The bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean. Water bottles and snacks were in our room, which was a nice surprise. It is in a great location and the close parking garage was a perk! We had some small issues with our door lock, the ceiling fan, and soap dispenser being empty. Overall, we had a nice stay. »

« Nice hotel and ok continnental breakfast. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Challenge comes to having your room serviced. Cleaning staff do not communicate well with hotel staff. Even leaving a do not disturb sign in side the room does not guarantee your room will be serviced. On our stay of 7 nights we were only able to get our room serviced on the 6th night. This happened only after several requests for service were made. Most frustrating. »

« Check in was supposed to be after three PM, but we didn’t get a room until four thirty PM. The rooms appeared to be pre assigned. Someone one we know got a room immediately after they got a room that had not been cleaned. So there was available cleaned rooms, but the staff made us wait. Liked proximity to the Great American ball park. »

« The property as a whole “looked” nice and clean. However the room I had had me questioning the cleanliness. The were the small things in the room had attention to detail been paid it would’ve been caught. There were things missing that also lead me to question the remote was gone, no cups, and the curtains were not functioning. All these things were corrected but had the job been done right and attention to detail was minded these things wouldn’t have been missed. »
