There’s a secure parking spot for one car behind the house and it’s off the street, we really appreciated that. « We are a group of young adult friends from all over the country who wanted to explore DC together for the first time. It was hot but the air conditioning was 10/10, lots of modern furnishings and amenities, and comfy beds. It was nice being in the newest construction on the block but the best part was the panoramic views from the rooftop balcony. We’d recommend ice trays or something because it was hard to find any ice in neighboring stores but everything else was great! »
