« Le cadre est génial, au calme, ce qui n'est pas négligeable à Austin. Tout était très bien : propreté, service, accessoires (on a beaucoup apprécié la cafetière Nespresso avec du café classique et du décaféiné!). Juste deux aspects négatif : l'eau chaude met un temps fou pour arriver (gaspillage d'eau) et la climatisation un peu bruyante. »

« The place was really clean and breakfast was good compared to other hotels that I had been with the same price range. The only thing was you can hear the doors closing in the other rooms everytime and it can be loud. I will still stay in this hotel next time. The location is great. »

« Friendly Staff. The room was humid to the point i was sliding on the floor with sneakers on. No sink stopper. No privacy curtain for the window, you could see directly in the room during the day. At night the light to brighten up the exterior of the building, was shining so bright in the room. I woke up at 4am and thought it was daytime.
Finally, breakfast was cold. I showed the staff the circuit breaker (One was used) kept tripping, therefore food was not being kept at a warm and...
