Tout était très bien : propreté, service, accessoires (on a beaucoup apprécié la cafetière Nespresso avec du café classique et du décaféiné!). Juste deux aspects négatif : l'eau chaude met un temps fou pour arriver (gaspillage d'eau) et la climatisation un peu bruyante. »

« The hotel room I was assigned had a strong mildew smell from the moment we walked in. I immediately brought it to the attention of the front desk, but the staff was not helpful in resolving the issue.
To make matters worse, there was only one employee working at the front desk, which made the check-in process take much longer than it should have. Traveling with my wife and infant daughter, this was especially frustrating after a long day.
