« Cons: Old dirty rooms. No maid came during our 2 nights stay. Dirty carpets Stained bedsheets Limited towels Breakfast not properly refilled. Several options missing. Limited seating area for breakfast. Dirty. Very small pool. Pros: Marcelo’s the best at front desk. Always smiling and helpful! »

« The overall amenities were excellent, and I truly appreciated the quality of the stay. However, I was disappointed by the amount of waste at the breakfast buffet. Disposable plates and individually wrapped glasses, all ending up in the trash, feel out of step with today’s sustainability standards. This practice alone makes me question whether I would return. Thank you. »

« Lisa at the front desk was very friendly and pleasant to chat/interact with, especially given my arrival at the property around 1:00 AM local time. She was super helpful and exceptionally clear in the instructions provided at check-in. The property itself is brand new, and the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed.
