Contacted the owner and he was Extremely accommodating and put us in another house the was an upgrade and didn’t charge us extra! Both places were Very nice!! Will go back again!! At least a 5 star for me or above! »

« We enjoyed our stay. We had no communication with property manager - did leave a note about running toilet and wasp nest. There were no check out instructions so put towels in washer and left sheets on the beds. We enjoyed the town of Marion after spending the day in Memphis. The location was great and loved the quietness.. Never did see any of the other renters. I would recommend more than one TV and a flyswatter! »

« The neighbors were loud through both nights of our stay. Loud TVs and thin walls. Occasional yelling. The first thing we were greeted with when we came through the first door was the ripe scent of weed and loud music, and it was past midnight. The second night when we arrived, the driveway was blocked so we had to park on the street. The unit overall was great but the environment surrounding it was not. »

« This home is situated in a neighborhood of burned out houses just to start. We arrived to the neighbors dogs running at us and he greeting us with “hey” as he ran to the street to make a transaction. The driveway is a navigation nightmare. The front yard has a large clay planter that has been smashed and sitting there for quite sometime. You have to wrestle the door to open the unit to be greeted with the smell of cat urine. The rugs are filthy, the refrigerator was wiped out, the windows had...

« This is the second time my son and I have stayed at this property to fish. The location is convenient. The cabin is comfortable and spotlessly clean. The owners are easy to reach and overly accommodating. Would recommend it without reservation. »

« Appartement vetuste, les lits grincent, donnant sur la cours d'un bar/concert. Tres bruyant nous avons tres peu dormi car la cours est extremement bruyante. Nous avons loue l'appartment pour 6 personnes mais pour ouvrir le canape lit nous avons du deplacer le lit 2 places. Le canape lit etant tres vieux, le matelas etait tres inconfortable pour nos enfants. Il n'y a que 4 chaises et le nécessaire pour 4 personnes alors que l'appartement est affichee pour 6 personnes. »
