« We reserved a two Queen Bed Room through Expedia. However, when we got to the hotel, in our third floor room with our heavy luggage....it was one King bed. Too tired and sleepy to go back downstairs to make a fuss. Next day, when I queried the desk gal, she said the issue was "not on them". I would need to contact my third party scheduler, Expedia. Needless to say, they would not take responsibility for putting us in the wrong room. They said EXPEDIA was at fault, since they said King Bed...

« Had to stay here last minute due to severe storms delaying my solo trip. This is seriously the greatest hotel in DeSoto County. Very polite, helpful, professional, and kind staff. The room was immaculate, peaceful, and the cleanest room I’ve stayed in. Will 100% return here next time I stop back into town. Only thing is the parking lot fills up quickly but not the end of the world. »

« The room had roaches. The managements staff did not hold up to what they said that they were going to do. The breakfast was good ms Denise was the cook. The young man Jabber had excellent customer service he went above and beyond expectations. But the next day that white lady and black lady came to room and did nothing »

« Clean room. Only minus was that the microwave didn’t work. Staff was super friendly. Gym was clean. We didn’t use the pool. »
