This property continues to decline year after year. The customer service is terrible. The only reason to stay in this resort is for the great staff and experience provided by the Infinity Divers Dive Shop and the convenience of being right at their boat doc. However after 4 stays here, I will not return due to the terrible service and the outdated rooms/appliances. Some examples of poor amenities and service: - refrigerator water and ice (the only safe drinkable water in the room) broke every single day and we had to ask for repair man each time. One night it was 11pm and the needed water but didn’t want to wait for a repair late at night. When we asked for the front desk to send water, they told us that bottled water wasn’t free but they ‘could sell us some bottles’ !!!! - face towels were always in short supply and usually unavailable - beach towels are old, thin and small and each guest is only allowed ONE. Don’t bother asking for an add’l towel, they are guarded as if they are Crown Jewels - upon check in we received a briefing about how much each item costs if we lose it. Towels or towel card $40us, room key $75us, bracelet $x. When I asked for an add’l room key the answer was a hard NO. I could purchase a second one or come to lobby in case I misplaced mine. Unbelievable - ATM was broken and apparently was in that state for weeks The list goes on and on.

Absolutely NO special perks during stay. Welcome drinks are given to everybody and late checkout was tight (1pm). Dont see any value with expedia booking.

Should’ve mentioned that they are doing construction/ renovations… I shouldn’t be walking under a scaffold to get to my room. Other then this everything was great

Loud!! No mention of renovation work till we’d committed our payment. Disappointing. Otherwise, I recommend the resort. Great dive company, nice room, good breakfast buffet, clean, beautiful pool. The initial room cleaning was terrible, found a huge hairball in shower. Gross. The rest of the time the cleaning was adequate.

The beach, pool and swimming/snorkeling are spectacular. Grounds were very nice, but the final touches of their construction was still noisy at times. Staff was more than adequate. Toured the island enough to confirm that West Bay is the premier location if heading to Roatan.

Just got back from a long weekend in Roatan! We stayed at the Infinity Bay resort, had a wonderful experience! Loved our room, the food and the people. We liked the beach sand and location. What we didn't like everything else, staff not properly train, there was no auch a thing called VIP once we got to the hotel they told us all inclusive was not the xorrect on the one we got it was only for brakefast. Once at the pool area order a drink and one pwrson said one price and the other another price, they are always looking for tip, they charge tip in your bill and also at the time of service, this is one of the place i will jever go again.

Property was nice, the breakfast buffet wasn’t that tasty, on one of the rooms I had the phone for front desk wasn’t working, around the pool is nice but too many people leave there towels in the morning so no one sits on tables or lounge chairs,

My family enjoyed our stay at Infinity Bay. We had a spacious 2 bedroom condo. The property was beautiful . My only complaint is, I wish the bar/food area would remain open later than 10pm on weekdays and later on weekends. Snacks and water should be accessible during after hours.

Infinity Bay is a beautiful place to stay. Even with construction going on it never intruded on the vibe. The beach is right there and great snorkeling is just a walk/swim away.

Beautiful beach, the suit was big, love the balcony, water taxi nearby was convenient. The service and friendliness of the staff needs improvement as well as the menu they serve at their restaurant and bar.

Mala atención del personal, pagué un all inclusive 2000 USD para dos personas; después de las 22:00 no hay ninguna opción para comer ni beber; una noche a “regaña - dientes “ me “obsequiaron “ 4 botellitas de agua. En una cena tuve atención despota y retadora de una mesera en el bar “la palapa” preguntándome si me iba a comer todo lo que estaba ordenando. Evidentemente y a pesar de dar buenas propinas a los meseros fue muy notorio que la atención a los huéspedes anglosajones era más rápida sin importar que les daban una propina de menor denominación. Sin embargo, La playa y los paisajes son increíbles. La disparidad entre estas virtudes y la displicencia de algunos meseros es una lástima.

Our first night, I had a mishap with my room and was displeased. Danery and her manager exemplified a superb level of professionalism, respect, and promptness to make things right. I also received my scuba certification at the dive shop, another amazing group of people. Our upgraded room was gorgeous, 3 terraces, huge kitchen..Location was perfection...I will ONLY stay at Infinity Bay when I visit Honduras! Love,Love, Loved!! Thanks Infinity Bay!

Love the beachside restaurant and entertainment. Amazing staff. Javier and Anthony was excellent waiter. More staff needs to be like them.

Funiture in rooms looked old and in need of replacement. Verticle blinds falling apart. Had multiple power outages and water went out at least once. Diving facilities were good. Walls in room were dirty. Disappointed overall.

rooms were great, dive center is amazing. front desk staff is not good or helpful, misrepresented he all-inclusive upgrade, the beach restaurant is not included in all inclusive, still waiting on a refund

Arrived Easter Friday and it was crazy busy but super fun and the staff was hustling and doing a great job to service everyone. Didn’t notice any of the cruise ship people at all. Sometimes tough to get a chair at the beach but within an hour we would have no issues. Food was great and easy walk down the beach to other restaurants. Overall 9/10. Great spot and we will be back.

This is our 2nd time staying at Infinity Bay both times were wonderful. The rooms are very clean and updated. The staff is pleasant and helpful. This is the best location on the beach in west bay. The pool is amazing the beach is very well maintained. Look no further you wont be disappointed in your stay.
