Warm thanks to all the crew who make all their efforts to make you happy , all of them , buffet is good , confort is more than excellent , all is excellent , also the location is perfect with a place on front where many saudi children with their parents chill during the evening late. Good hotel in a central but quiet location
Fine, pleasant and relatively recent hotel, with friendly personnel that is eager to help, but with some minor service details still capable of modest improvement. The absence of a dedicated hotel business room, with PCs and a printer, may be a bit of a problem for international business customers.

Very nice new hotel, in a central neighbourhood
I stayed at this hotel for a 3 day business trip and found it comfortable, well located and generally very pleasant. If there is any margin for improvement, I would suggest adding more healthy food on the breakfast buffet (more fruit, oats, muesli etc) and limiting the endless (and in my view redundant) variety of sugary and fat pastries that just take up space. I also think that an office room with a few PCs and a printer would be a very welcome add on.

I was definitely unprepared for the "claimed" 4-star rating. The description overstated the condition of the hotel and its amenities. I asked for the manager and inquired about the revolting pungent smell. His exact words were 'this is the most expensive kind of smell that we paid for'. What nonsense! I have stayed all over the world and some 2-star hotels in rural USA are definitely a better.

Great staff!
Good location and wonderful staff. Hotel is very close to booth with street food which was a great alternative for us. Hotel allowed us to check out several hours later which gave us some time to rest before the flight.

Avoid this hotel
Room excellent. Service at reception non existent. They speak little or no English. Whatever I asked for whether it was an extra blanket or a taxi that I could pay by credit card they couldn’t sort. It took me 40 mins to checkout even though there was no queue. They couldn’t even print me an invoice. Avoid at all costs.

The location is excellent, and within walking distance from many attractions, the garden view is magnificent. Overall was a pleasant experience.

The location of the property was good but the fact that I spent 3 nights and the toilet choked each day and twice in one day and instead of moving me to another room they just continued to unchoke the toilet which clearly needed more maintenance than was done each time.

Lobby is small. Room was not ready til after 5:00 pm. Room was clean and daily cleaning was super. Room size was ok.

We had a great stay in this hotel. The staff was very accommodating and courteous. Especially we liked Abdullah. Whenever we needed anything he would make sure we got it. The beds were comfortable and the slippers and the robes were luxurious. We liked the area as everything was close

Great hotel, good location, room was perfect with five stars rating. The only issue I had is with room cleaning schedule. They need to realize that COVID is over and go back to normal room cleaning on daily basis. No skipping.

Great comfort in a strategic position
The place is nice and very well maintained. You can see the care for details. The restaurant wasn't open everyday, probably for COVID restrictions, but one can order for room service. twice per week there is a special food event. Recommended. Things my change according to the pandemic, but this place was my best experience in Ryiadh so far.
