« The location is great. The breakfast and breakfast staff are fantastic! The balcony is mostly inaccessible and a big disappointment. When you are booking they do not make it clear that there are a lot of disclaimers and restrictions with regard to accessing the balcony. « Parking was secure and location was amazing! Right on the river and close to everything. The walking trail is behind the building. The building itself is worth the trip. Rec room, gym, an art gallery and so many chill out spaces. The flat is so comfortable and clean. Soft blankets, pillows and rugs you can sink your toes in. We loved all the little decorating touches, Go Reds! Also the communication couldn't have been better, such a wonderful owner and experience! »

« It should be noted this is an apartment complex. There is a front desk but were dismissive when I mentioned the fact my room was not ready. The management company who rents units out for travelers is different from the company who owns and operates the building. When I arrived, the maid had no idea the unit was being rented out that day, so I had to wait 45 minutes beyond the advertised check-in time.
