Les chambre était très pratiques et grandes, avec l'ilot séparateur. Très belle installation, le seul petit irritant est que les chambres face à la piscine et terrasse sont exposé au bruit jusqu'à 22h, il sera difficile de s'endormir avant. Le déjeunée chaud est correcte pour le prix payé. Je recommande fortement cette établissement.

Check in was quite slow with only one employee and a significant line of people. Room clean with polite cleaning staff. Closest restaurant (walking distance) has closed permanently, so had to drive.

We were in Norco for soccer weekend and due to the times it was better to stay the night. Hotel was less than 15 minutes away from fields. Spacious, clean room. Decent quick breakfast. Staff was friendly.

Was in a room by the access door and heard it slamming loud right through the wall all day and night. So that’s wasn’t ideal. Never came in to clean the room or give us fresh towels and we were there for 3 nights. Tv was terrible with limited channels that said “no network” remote hardly worked. Was a very frustrating experience trying to watch anything. You think it’s 2024 and hotels would just get smart tvs so we can log in to our streaming networks. The room was decent and decently cleaned. I just feel for $170 a night they need to do WAY better.

the girl doing night audit was very friendly and helpful.. i happen to make a late reservation on st. patricks day and she was able to find it right away and get me into a room. the room was nice and clean except i did find a used wash cloth hanging on top of shower curtain but im sure it was an accident. other than that, i would definately recommend this property and over all will give this property 5 stars.

Right off the highway but still quiet. The courtyard area is lovely although we only used it for breakfast our first morning. Rooms are very spacious Decent breakfast service. Towels are a little small and thin….really my only complaint

The staff was fantastic, the room was fairly priced conpared to others in the area, and the quality of the rooms was outstanding. My stay was a fresh of breath air after staying in a few other hotels nearby during my trip, as they were very sub par. It is a nice and clean please. Staff is very welcoming, caring and great attitude. The only issue we had that people staying during the night was a bit noisy.

This was actually one of the best Best Westerns I've stayed at. Pleasantly surprised, I stay a night for a work trip and was very pleased with the staff, and cleanliness of the room.
