Chalets à Rio Rancho

« The room was clean. The staff was helpful. The TV was in a weird spot. The room facing the highway, we could hear the highway traffic. »

« I paid the extra charge for the breakfast when I booked the room, then I was charged again for the breakfast upon check out, I brought it to the attention of the Manager and he said “oh you’re exactly right, I will adjust that right now”, he did not, had to call again to get the charge reversed. « Personnel très agréable »

« Very basic. Tub/shower was not very clean and water pressure was minimal. Wouldn’t stay here again. »

« I enjoyed the clean room with a good view. »

« Hôtel très agréable, propre et calme. Le personnel très accueillant »

« Very good customer service. Only Burger King close by by walking. 30 minutes walk to the balloon festival though which is great »
