« Homeowner, Norman helpful to responses, unimpeded views of the forest. We took birdseed for the feeder provided and had constant activity from different bird, squirrels and chipmunks. »

« I really enjoyed my stay at this property. It's in a beautiful and quiet location. They have a huge yard with lots of little seating areas all over that are perfect for relaxing. I also enjoyed getting to spend time with their pets. The stars at night from the hot tub were definitely a highlight for me! « We went to ski, and it was so easy to get to the lift. The house was as described, and Julie was always available to answer questions. We need a bigger place next year, or I would book again right now. The pots and pans were the best I have ever seen in a rental. I highly recommend this property. »

« We had a wonderful time in the "Chalet". The cabin was quite roomy, especially so in the bedrooms (2 master bedrooms!) and the great room. The views from the porch were spectacular, particular watching the sunrise every morning over the mountains across the valley. Our host was both quite thoughtful in her concern that we have all we needed and quite prompt in answering any question we had. We were mightily impressed and hope to return here next summer! »

« Albert and Darlene were the perfect hosts for our 8 day stay at the Woodlands Chalet. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It is a beautiful home, with access to Lincoln National Forest right our the back door. We were very comfortable, and appreciated having a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. It was perfect for our family of 9! »

« The house was great and wonderful for us. We saw wild horses and deer in the yard multiple times. We had a great time and hopeful we will be back soon. »

« Great home with a great view! About a 5 minute drive from the main ski base. House was clean and in great condition. Firewood was stocked, and there were plenty of basics for our stay (pots and pans, utensils, linens, soap, trash bags, etc.). Would stay here again!! »

« Donald’s cabin is in a gorgeous location that offers privacy and a little seclusion. Incredibly clean and well stocked cabin and the fantastic beds will make it hard to get yourself out and about because they are so comfortable. Views are amazing and the outdoor sitting area is stocked for roasting smores and enjoying each others company. This place is so amazing that the hardest part was going off to enjoy the sights and activities of Ruidoso because this cabin will make you want to stay in! »

« The cabin was beautiful, very quiet and peaceful, some of the written rules on the fridge conflict with some of the rules that were e-mailed by owner, no big problem, just an oversight. Deserves a 5. »

« This place is exceptional. The deck was amazing! We enjoyed sitting out by the firepit enjoying the beautiful evenings while we grilled out dinner! They have added so many extra touches. There was a welcome basket of goodies and homemade cinnamon rolls in the fridge for us. There are even bird feeders hanging in the trees! Highly recommend!! »

« Even better located than some ski in / ski out. Perfect location for a group or family, as people can pop in for ski breaks without having to coordinate the group. Hot tub worked great. The first level has 2 bedrooms and 2 showers: one with King bed, the other with 2 sets of bunk beds (4 beds total). The second level has 2 bedrooms and 1 shower: both bedrooms have a queen bed. Also saw a roll out bed in a closet. 2 couches are large enough to sleep on. We loved it. Its part of the Alpine...

« Visited the Taos Ski Valley for the first time with friends and the location, Cleanliness, Hot tub and comfort of the beds was fantastic. »

« The property itself was clean and well maintained. There was plenty of room in this house for us all to move around and have our own space. The only thing better than the house was the view from the balcony and the hot tub. You will definitely need 4 wheel drive, if there is snow on the ground, to get to and from the house. »
