Mitigée.
Accueil au top, personnel parlant un français parfait et aux petits soins. La piscine est minuscule et très mal positionné, les extérieurs sont bien moins attrayants qu'il n'y parait. Le parking et la plage sont payants, ça n'est pas forcément très clair dans la description donnée.

Vraiment un bel hôtel avec un personnel très accueillant et toujours prêt à répondre à vos moindres désires. Chambre très propre et bien équipée. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

I had a wonderful stay in May 2024. The hotel is in a perfect location and the rooms are clean and large. The breakfast selection was great! The staff is really where this place shines. I lost my passport the day I arrived and Elisa and another woman working the front desk in the morning were so empathetic and helpful during that stressful time. I am so grateful to the two of them and would absolutely recommend the hotel to anyone!

Staff was superbly helpful and the room was great. Amazing sea view and the largest balcony I’ve ever had in a hotel. Close to many restaurants, and free drinks at the bar upon checking in. We stayed in an oss-season, so no crowds to speak of. In all a lovely stay. Thanks!!

Great location, close to the beach and a restaurants. Staff is very helpful, receptionist Valentina make me a list with oil and winery farms, as I asked and others were very friendly as well.Cleaning service is great, they change towels everyday and clean the room.Breakfast was good.We had a great time.

God beliggenhet, ok hotell.
Nære stranden, og nære gaten hvor det skjer mest. Mange gode spisesteder i nærheten. Grei frokost, litt trege til å etterfylle pålegg. Lite basseng, og utrolig dårlig vanntrykk i dusjen. Litt dyr parkering på hotellet med 20€ per natt. Totalt sett scorer de best på beliggenhet, og deres ordning med leie av solsenger på nærmeste strand

God beliggenhet og stor balkong. Deilig frokost med supre servitører i frokost-salen. Kaffen var kommet på bordet før man hadde satt seg😊. Madrassene og sengetøyet var elendig, som det pleier å være i Italia.

When you have been traveling and finally reach your hotel it makes all the difference in the world to be greeted with warmth and a big smile. Lara and Marina welcomed us just that way and we felt immediately at home. The breakfast was superb and Christina was always there immediately with our coffee—served in large individual pitchers! A great touch. Our room was lovely and spacious with a great view. Just one minor complaint—there was no place in the shower for products—no shelves or cubbies or anywhere to put a shampoo or conditioner bottle. All in all a terrific stay!!! We’d go back again for sure.

Fantastisk vistelse i Rimini
Vi kom till hotellet sent på måndag kväll, Lara i receptionen var super trevlig och hjälpte oss med allt. Nästa dag hjälpte hon oss att byta till ett rum med havsutsikt vilket var helt fantastiskt! Allt från middagsplaner till shopping fick vi hjälp med👌. Frukosten var mycket bra, läget kanon och rummen var helt perfekta!

Right on the beach, I had a corner room with balcony overlooking boardwalk. Really nice although some may not like the noise level. Lots of places to eat nearby and reception staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions. Buffet breakfast was good value for money. Pizza takeaway and little cafe right behind hotel are great. Enjoyed my stay.

Foi tudo de bom! A equipe do hotel sabia que era nosso aniversário de casamento. Ganhamos upgrade com vista para o mar, champanhe no quarto e welcome drink! Como não amar? O café da manhã é muito bom. E eles tem convênio com a praia ao custo de 20 Euros pra vc ter direito a um guarda sol e 2 cadeira. As instalações estão precisando de reforma. A equipe comentou que em outubro começam as obras. O estacionamento pago custa 25 euros por dia. Rimini tem a parte de praia e histórica que vale a pena conhecer. Foi realmente especial a nossa estadia de 3 noites.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer wurde stets sehr gut geputzt. Aufenthalt war mit Frühstück und es gab viel Auswahl am Buffet. Verschiedene Milcharten (lactosefreie, Reis, Soja, Mandelmilch), leckere Säfte und frischgepressten Orangensaft. Ein sauberes Hotel und ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Great hotel in Rimini
Great hotel in great location. 2 minute walk to beech and less than 1 minute and your near plenty of bars and restaurants. Night reception guy with bald head, (cant remember his name) was fantastic as was Manual and marianna. Highly recommend this hotel.

Exactly what we wanted for our stay by Garda Lake!
What a wonderful find! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the items in the mini fridge were free. The breakfast was everything you could wish for. Eggs made to order, bacon, you name it. We had a very nice stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

Soggiorno perfetto
È stato un ottimo soggiorno. Ho chiesto un appartamento in piano più alto, per la vista e anche se non c'era nessuno disponibile il primo giorno, mi hanno chiesto di tenere le valigie chiuse e il giorno successivo mi hanno spostato in un appartamento migliore. Ho anche trascorso il mio compleanno nell'hotel e ho ricevuto un bollicine con un messaggio carino. Tutto il personale è stato molto attento e mi ha fatto sentire a casa. L'hotel è davanti al mare e anche prossimo dal centro della città, una grande esperienza, specialmente il personale, gentili, attenti ed efficienti. Gentilissima Signora Cassia, la ringraziamo per gli apprezzamenti espressi in seguito al suo soggiorno presso il nostro hotel. Tutto lo staff lavora per cercare di rendere il soggiorno degli ospiti indimenticabile a partire dai piccoli dettagli ( bottiglia di prosecco in camera per il suo compleanno e l'aperitivo offerto la sera ). Cerchiamo di far sentire l'ospite a suo agio e soddisfare tutte le sue richieste , come per esempio i cambi camera. Vogliamo che il cliente si senta come a casa propria! Speriamo di riaverla presto tra i nostri ospiti così da godere nuovamente di tutti i nostri servizi. cordiali saluti

Buon soggiorno presso questa struttura. Personale molto cordiale, dalle receptionist al personale in sala. Colazione buonissima con vasta scelta, posizione ottima e, per un bagno fuori stagione, piscina riscaldata.

Ci fa molto piacere che abbia apprezzato il servizio della colazione, con l'ampia scelta di prodotti freschi sia dolci che salati . Il nostro personale lavora giornalmente per cercare di rendere il soggiorno piacevole e siamo orgogliosi che gli ospiti se ne accorgono !!! La nostra piscina esterna con acqua riscaldata aperta tutto l'anno è sicuramente un valore aggiunto per il nostro hotel. Sperando di rivedervi presto, porgo cordiali saluti
