« There was a storm at our rental 2 days prior to our arrival (we were not aware of). There was a huge downed tree right outside our apartment. We were without power for a period on the 2nd day there, and had no hot water the first 2 days of our stay. We contacted the property manager who advised she was not aware of any issues. The apartment had food crumbs in the drawers and in some of the cupboards, we spent a little time cleaning and swept the floors. There was dark, long hairs in the bathtub...

« This place was terrible. Primary bed was broken, couch was broken, mold in the shower, rust completely inside and outside of the coffee pot. Entry is really complicated, there are 3-4 different gates all with different gate codes and we didn’t receive the right codes to get in. No one will ever answer the phone, you can only email and when I told them everything wrong and that I didn’t want to stay there because beds were terrible and everything was broken, dirty and not cared for they refused...

« This was my first time booking a VRBO for my boss and his wife and I found the process to be frustrating. I had to deal with a management company instead of the owner of the condo. I have multiple emails and messages asking for information that I had provided. Once there, the kitchen faucet was broken, no pizza cutter and salt and pepper shakers that only gave you salt. I wish I could have dealt directly with the owner; I think the overall experience would be so much better. »

« I only had two issues while staying here. 1 the toilet wasn’t flushing day one all we did was urinate and it wouldn’t flush host said they would have someone go fix it but didn’t happened until the day we checked out 4 days later so we had to go to stores to use the restroom. 2 the parking situation was a terrible. I was told to use a link to register my car. I had to do it every 24 hours and I couldn’t do it even a second early or it wouldn’t go through. And it told me I had done it too many...

« If you’re considering staying here, please read the below. This was my experience: In order to check in the host has to let you in. They did not pick up the phone or respond to my text whenever I arrived. A stranger had to let me in. The apartment right above was consistently loud until after 4 am on top of consistent stomping and screaming whenever they’re home. They love to play music so loudly on the weekends that I can Shazam every song from below. Our apartment is not in the best...

« We requested early check in and it was approved, but then instructions for check in were never sent 3 hours prior like promised. The apartment was not as clean as we had hoped. The toilet never stopped running, laundry was left in the dryer, the master bathroom shower needs attention, the towels were very old and thin (could barely get dried with them) and the rod holding the curtains up fell on us as we closed them (they were not properly hung up). The layout of the apartment was a great space....
