« Staying on Berglind's property this past week was amazing! The guest house is split into two separate areas. The kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and bathroom are in the first section. There is a separate entrance that leads to the other two bedrooms and bathroom. It was perfect for our family (myself, boyfriend, brother, and two kids). « We had a great stay even though the floor hadn't been swept at all. I found a broom and swept it. When getting ready to leave (after two nights) looked under the bed and hadn't been swept there either. But, on the positive side - nice place to stay - the Northern Lights were great, amenities (fridge, washer and dryer and location) were great. The beds in Iceland aren't the normal US twin, a little skinnier, but we got used to that. Know that they in Iceland they just give you a duvet, no top...

« The house was immaculate and the host, Michelle, gave us many tips on places to visit. Borgarnes is ideal for exploring the west and southwest of Iceland but the views from every window were so amazing that we were tempted to just stay and enjoy the stunning location! This property exceeded our expectations and is highly recommended. »

« The house was amazing, the check-in experience was awful. The house is loosely connected to the hotel which manages the check in, but the house is actually family run. The front desk agent was friendly, but had us sit for almost an hour without an update. The restaurant refused to book us stating we weren't part of the hotel, despite the fact that the front desk disagreed. The house made up for it. »
