Résidences de vacances à Réserve naturelle de Dedham Vale

« Great room And very good food »

« We have stayed at the Marlborough before on our travels in 2025 and when we retuned this year 2026 we wanted to stay again but longer this time. So glad we did everyone one was kind and friendly and new what they were doing. the pub itself and the rooms were excellent and vintage. The area of course is wonderful. All service, food and beverages top class. We plan on returning possibly next year and will likely stay even longer. Thank you. »

« Our room was spotlessly clean and tidy. Breakfast was excellent too. Will definitely return, thanks for making our stay so enjoyable. »

« Beautiful setting, very helpful staff, lovely hotel excellent restaurant. »

« Absolutely beautiful cottage, couldn't have wished for more and Lou was an amazing host. Thank you Lou for making me feel so welcome. I will definitely be returning x »

« We had a great stay at Leno Villa as 2 couples wanting a short break to explore the local area. We particularly enjoyed the outside space, games around the dining table and the comfortable bedrooms. The house is well equipped and well placed for local trips into Manningtree, Flatford Mill (we kayaked from Constable Park, which is a 2 minute walk from the house!) and Dedham. A sign of a good stay is an eagerness to return and we’d be back in a flash! Thanks to Stef & Team :-) »

« Beautiful property in a great location. »

« Nothing positive, from receptionist to breakfast. i have stayed here many many times and the attitude seems to have gone backwards. »

« Everything was amazing. Oliver was beyond helpful and kind! »

« L’isolation de la fenêtre pour qu’il fasse meilleure dans la chambre, car un seul radiateur ne suffit pas à lutter contre l’énorme courant d’air…. »

« This is a fantastic hotel that I would recommend to all. »

« Vanessa and Steve were exceptional hosts and the facilities at “The Foxes Den” suited us perfectly. Everything was most satisfactory and we ended our stay with a delicious full English breakfast which kept us going for quite a while!!! We would recommend a stay there to everyone visiting the area for a peaceful and very comfortable night. »

« We spent one night in Colchester at GreyFriars Hotel. This is great value for money and definetely deserves 4 to 5*. Amazing breakfast. I recommend the suite with large bathtub. »
