Hello! :) Welcome to your home away from home. Our place is a no fuss, stress-less house where you can feel comfortable being yourself while following your customary routines. Within a walking distance to UNR, downtown Reno and the Reno Livestock Events Center, the location is exceptional and hard to beat. Central yet off the beaten path, you won't be disturbed by loud noise at night. Ride share apps are easy and fast, you can get to all the action in under 10 min. including the airport!

Consider this house your humble abode while you visit Reno. This comfortably modest property boasts 3 cozy bedrooms - one with a queen bed, one with 2 twin beds, and a common room with 2 day beds. Two full bathrooms feature bathtubs and are stocked with essential necessities, guests will have all their basic needs met. Our place will help you feel relaxed while you're traveling in Reno.

With a family-forward intention, you'll find a spare room situated off the living room with two Restoration Hardware daybeds that's been set up as a lounge/play room/extra bed for your littles to sprawl out in. Upon your request I provide sheets and pillows to turn the daybeds into night beds, fyi these are much more suitable for children or young teens than adults— please inform me ahead of check-in so I can dress the daybeds accordingly.

The quaint but open floor plan makes for a group oriented visit occupied by more laughter and shared memories.

Feel free to sprawl into all the nooks and crannys.

Laundry Room is accessible from outside. At the back of house the door directly next to the back door is the Laundry room and it requires the same house key to get in. Please lock it whenever you exit.

I am available to you at any hour of the day or night given I am awake. Don’t hesitate to message me here or directly if it’s an emergency. You may also use the ring doorbell to alert my phone and communicate via video camera.

The house sits on a shared lot with a duplex. The front of the house is facing the alleyway behind Laurel St. You can access this from Valley Rd. This is where the three designated parking spots are.

If you park on Laurel St. you will have to walk behind the duplex to get to the house. You will find yourself at the back of the house. This is where you will find the lock box with house key.

After 4 persons, there is a $25 per person per night charge for extra cleaning, laundry and dressing of daybeds.

One pet may be allowed if approved first for an extra single $50 fee. The house does not have a yard, a fenced in area or grass nearby so it’s not ideal for pets. However if you have a mellow or older/smaller pet, then it’s more suitable and manageable for you. There are two parks nearby that are great for walking.
