« My daughter, and I, were recently traveled abroad to Ghana from the USA, and we had a most wonderful experience at the Lemon Beach Resort in Elmina, Ghana. Our room was located, not in one of the huts, but on the ground floor of the main building. It was air-conditioned, and it had a clean bathroom, a lot of closet space, and it had great Wi-Fi. « We were able to upgrade to a breakfast and AC which made it nice. The doors to the bathroom didn’t close. Periodically there was a smell like sewage in the hallways, but it was only a smell. The beds were clean. The floors were clean. The bathroom does not get hot water. But most places there don’t. We did not try the pool, but just know the public can come there to swim during the day. It also cost 15 cedi per day to swim. Security was okay. There is a taxi hub nearby which is nice. ...

« There was a problem on arrival because Expedia had not advised them I was coming and had not paid them although they had received money from me. Internet there worked well the first day and then was out of action until I left »
